This is an important meditation for me. Reminding myself of how many ways I’m inferior to the Women I see on the street has helped me to retrain myself from leering to respectfully and submissively keeping my eyes lowered. Embracing Female superiority is helping me become a better person.

Every man can be trained to be obedient. The mere fact of wearing a chastity belt has an excellent training effect. You, as his partner, have a lot of possibilities to train him, but, with the right mentality, a man is also able to train and condition himself.
