I wanna write a story where the love interest is first described as a reserved, quiet, blunt person, who always wears black, or grey, or generally dark colors.
As the story progresses, and the MC provides a more positive influence on them, they start to become more open. They laugh and smile in public(it’s the cutest thing the MC has ever seen). They start wearing more colorful outfits.
And by the end of the story, the MC and the love interest are holding hands, smiling ear-to-ear, wearing matching colorful outfits.

So I gave her a long-ass brief but detailed summary of it. Unaware that my dad was listening. Why is that an important point to mention? Well, it's because when my mum asked me who I'd like to play the Big Three, my dad came barging in and yelled out: "Chris Hemsworth for Zeus, Henry Cavill for Poseidon, and Ben Barnes for Hades".
