The fun thing about imagining a human Bill Cipher is that he can be anything. A flirty heartthrob who can easily get anyone to fall for him, a more (intentionally) grotesque but still charming kind of guy, an actual smushed together form of flesh with a single eye in the middle of its- is that a face? Can that even be considered a face? Its.. flesh.. hole? Ew?

But the point (or three) is he can be all of that and a triangle and it's technically canon so go wild get weird, it's what he wants.
