Have you ever wondered why some people seem to emit a certain energy or vibe? Maybe you've met someone who instantly made you feel comfortable and at ease, while others have left you feeling drained or uneasy. These experiences can be attributed to something called an aura.
An aura is the subtle energy field that surrounds every living being. It is believed to be a reflection of our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual states. While not visible to everyone, some individuals possess the ability to see or sense these energetic fields.
The concept of auras has been present in various cultures for centuries. Ancient Indian texts describe them as 'pranas,' while Chinese philosophy refers to them as 'qi.' Even renowned scientist Nikola Tesla once said, "If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration." Auras are deeply intertwined with this understanding of energy.
So how exactly does one's aura come into existence? It is thought that our thoughts, emotions, and actions directly influence our energetic field. Positive emotions such as love, joy, and compassion tend to create vibrant and radiant auras. Located at the centre of our chest, this powerful chakra governs our capacity to give and receive love, forgiveness, empathy, and gratitude. By meditating on our heart chakra, we can create a harmonious balance in our lives and foster healthy relationships with others. Join me on a transformative journey through a guided meditation dedicated to opening and healing your heart chakra.
Step 1: Find a Serene Space
Begin by finding a quiet space where you won't be disturbed for the duration of your meditation practice. Ensure that the environment is calm, comfortable, and free from distractions. You may choose to light some candles or play gentle background music to enhance the ambiance.
Step 2: Get Comfortable
Sit in a relaxed position - either cross-legged on the floor or on a chair with your feet planted firmly on the ground. Straighten your spine while keeping your body relaxed; gently close your eyes.
Step 3: Deep Breathing
