I JUST Finished Radio Silence.
I JUST finished Radio Silence.
Oh. My. God.
That was beautiful, I literally canât come up with a better word for how perfect it was than: Beautiful.
The way Alice Oseman writes first person is stunning, Iâm not even a die-hard-study-needs-to-get-into-good-college girl, but I am a senior in high school who doesnât really see a point in going to college but doesnât know what she wants to do with her life andâcharacters like Frances, Aled, Raine, Carys, even Daniel, spoke to me. On a whole ânother level, I connected to so many characters in this book and TRULY felt like I wasnât alone. The plot was amazingââsimpleâ I suppose, but oh my god. I could see it all clearly, and I was very invested in how everything turned out.
And SPOILERS RIGHT HERE, that end scene, when the announcer is announcing Aled and he and Frances are backstage, my heart was stuttering with nervous excitement right along with them. I was listening to âItâs All So Incredibly Loudâ by The Glass Animals as I read it, and oh my god. This book felt like a dream come true. Like a longing for more, a creative supernova exploding, a painful ache when a friend moves away, the crushing rush of LIFE when something goes rightâthis is my new comfort book. That can be very much concluded.

Radio Silence by Alice Oseman is a freaking masterpiece in my opinion.

osemanverse meets Instagram pt 3 the âI knew about universe city BEFORE it was coolâ squadÂ
Thought for the day: What in the heck am I eating for lunch? Who the heck even invented lunch?
i finished reading radio silence and i was left with a huge desire to follow androgynous fashion like aled and make a sudden change of career like frances... it ain't an alice oseman book if it doesn't let me questioning my whole existence and future.
anyway, absolutely loved it. rated 5 stars for the feels.
now I have a new comfort book.
Thought for the day: Who discovered that tomatoes could be made into ketchup, how did that happen?

i just discovered this and now it will be all that is in my mind for the rest of eternity
