Oh, lol. Yeah, to be honest…I totally forgot about my third chapter. 😬

I’m fine, I’ve just been super busy and tired lately so I never got the chance to finish editing, but I honestly should have just found some time to squeeze it in since editing the rest will probably take me 10 minutes. But, I’ve also been getting back into writing my own stuff which has been fun, so that took away some time. But I’m getting back on track and the chapter should be out either tomorrow or Monday!!!

For the writing process asks, 1, 3, and 14?

1) I only do digital nowadays, although I write with a black background and white letters because it’s easier on my eyes and I feel like I can catch way more mistakes that way. When I was in high school though I used to carry around journals/notebooks so if a wave of inspiration hit me in class I could write.

3) I would say planter. Any stories, either fan-fiction or my own, usually start off with a main idea/plot that the story will be based on. Sometimes I go into more detail sometimes I don’t, and then I start writing. I usually just write as I go because I find that more spills out of me then if I plan.

14) My favorite part of the writing process would have to be just diving into each character of whoever I’m writing about and putting their thoughts to paper. Writing the parts where they think this, this, or this and then getting to write another characters response to it is so fun to do. (Finishing something is always great too, because I don’t have to worry anymore lol.)

When reading fanfic keep in mind that for professional literature: 

Short story: under 7,500

Novelette: between 7,500 and 17,500

Novella: between 17,500 and 40,000

Novel: over 40,000

Fics over 40k are literally a novel written and shared for free.  If you have written a 40k+ fic, you have literally written a novel.
