Women are biological females at birth who have mammary glands and can produce eggs and bear children, men are biological males at birth who can produce sperm and fertilize eggs, this is with the exception of men and women who are sterilized (either from health issues or surgery) and people with genetic issues like kleinfelter syndrome, androgen insensitivity disorder, etc.
