I have a great deal of sympathy for people who were emotionally affected by the New Girl entry, but I don’t think it’s fair of those saying Susie shouldn’t be Kris’s friend now.

We don’t get to choose whether or not Kris forgives her.

Kris was, for whatever reason, was never afraid of Susie.

They have since saved each other’s lives.

And they enjoy each other’s company a great deal. (I don’t need to tell you they both sat down on their own here, in silence)

They’re both working hard on this friendship. They are both choosing this friendship.

I don’t think it’s up to us to say, no, they shouldn’t.
