I hate that my family is just really really smart in general because Iâm considered smart around groups of non-relatives, and then I enunciate a single word around my father and he puts on the dissapointment face, as if saying, Iâve raised you for nothing.

You know Iâm a little conflicted on John Winchester, cause on one hand seeing the love of your life burning alive on the ceiling of your infant childâs bedroom mustâve been beyond painful. It mustâve taken years for him to stop being afraid to look at ceilings, expecting to see Mary burning again. But that being said, Sam, and Dean needed him to be their father, not their drill sergeant. The fact that he was a better father to Adam over the two children he had with the love of his life is beyond messed up. Telling your eldest son that he might have to kill his little brother then straight up dying (therefore avoiding the fallout), fudged up. âInadvertentlyâ making Dean have to be the mother, and father to Sam (cheating Dean out of his childhood), fudged all the way up. Donât even get me started on his hunter âtraining techniquesâ that borderline on abuse. I know heâs a fictional character, and heâs gone through unimaginably traumatizing things, but thatâs no excuse to pass it onto your kids. Anytime Sam or Dean mentioned something horrible John did Iâd want to pull his behind out of hell/heaven, and slap him across the face.
