Hey guys. So, I've been living away from my abusive father for the past six months, and now due to his mismanagement of money, he's going to be entering my life again.

My father refuses to allow me to transition, and has quit his job several times over my implying that I would use the health benefits his insurance gives me to begin hormone therapy. He has physically and emotionally abused me from the moment I first came out, and has even refused to provide me with medical attention or mental health services. He has threatened multiple times to kill and abuse my two cats, and has only been kept from doing so by my insistence that without them I would kill myself.

I will not survive if I have to live with him again. I am already suicidal and have been dreading the day he moves in. It has been increasingly apparent that my living away from him has not changed his behavior, given that less than a week ago he struck me across the face for not going to a job interview that he set up and then did not tell me about.

The money gathered from this campaign will pay for transportation, rent until I can find employment near my new home, and food for myself and my cats.

I absolutely hate to ask for money, but this is a life or death situation in which at best I will be abused and at worst I will not survive.
