Ciel could of course just order that he keep going, but satisfying his demon's play for power had always proven a dangerously unpredictable thrill - there was no way he would be so weak as to resort to orders over such trivialities.

"Se-Sebastian..." He whined out sweetly, staring down at his demon through mismatched, teary eyes in a perfect performance of sweet and innocent obedience.

It was as condescending as it was exhilarating, master and servant contesting for the upper hand despite their equally crumbling resolves, refusing to surrender even though the game had already been lost.

Still, Sebastian made no attempt to hide his grin at the manipulative sight and sarcastically offered up something resembling genuine praise for his Lord's malice. "Good boy."

But he was unable to lie. And Ciel's heated pants and whimpers filled the room once more.
