I love that the doctors choice in friends is brilliant, kind, will sacrifice themselves for the universe, compassionate to a fault, and his type in romantic partners is I carry a GUN and am INSANE and have committed untold WAR CRIMES

Right right right, so the Master fears Time War, Daleks, & Time Lords so ran to the end of the universe and became a human baby to hide.

But of course, super easy for The Master can totally destroy Gallifrey all by himself when thousands of Dalek fleets couldn't and of course after he somehow accessed The Matrix without being stopped by the Time Lords.
