Competition is what drives our society forward and it's what brings innovation. Use it to inspire yourself and test your limits to see how far you can reach and how you measure up to others. But always remember to do it for yourself and yourself only.

gratefulness is a beautiful way to show your appreciation. learn to show your gratitide towards:

yourself - for keeping on and up with the challenges you face in life

your support systems - be it a person, thing or an activity that helps you feel better; show them gratitude in any way you can, so that they know you appreciate them and their efforts.

your belief - be it in just yourself or in the people around you or even God. whoever you may believe in, send positive thoughts towards them to show your appreciation.

gratitude makes you feel more calm and positive. to those you show gratitude, it's a simple but invaluable token of appreciation & reflects their worth in your life ✨
