Competition is healthy, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. You need to learn to utilize that feeling you get inside of you when you see someone doing better, looking better, or achieving more than you to inspire you to get better and compete with them at their own, or even, higher level.

Competition is what drives our society forward and it's what brings innovation. Use it to inspire yourself and test your limits to see how far you can reach and how you measure up to others. But always remember to do it for yourself and yourself only.
