It's common not to have your life put together and everything figured out in your 20s, don't guilt-trip yourself over it. You're trying and that's already a lot. Hang in there, progress is not always linear but it does get better at times

Don't feel bad about asking for help. You wouldn't be the first and the people you never see asking for help may have family support / other ressources you may not have access to and you're not putting a knife under anyone's throat
