A KNOCK ON the door snapped a sleepy Jere Pöyhönen out of the state of half sleep that he had been in. The male groaned but eventually stood up, curious to know who’d be at the door this late at night. He had not been expecting anyone as he was ready to fall asleep. He opened the door and frowned once he took in the sight of his best friend and crush, Y/N L/N, standing there with tears spilling down her cheeks.

He went to ask what was wrong but she beat him to it. “He cheated on me, J.” The girl knew that he would immediately know who she was referring to.

Her now ex boyfriend had been cheating on her with a girl from his job and she only discovered that because of a friend of hers. It was as if her heart was shattered. This had been a relationship that she thought was stable, she thought that she had been enough for her ex. She honestly felt stupid for not seeing the signs, but she knew that it really wasn’t her fault.

The dark haired male felt like something was off about Y/N’s ex but chalked it up as him being jealous because of his feelings for the girl. He never wanted her to be in pain or hurt in anyway so his heart broke at the sight of her. She looked so betrayed and so crushed.

“Oh N/N, I’m so sorry. Come in.” He soon opened the door further and allowed her to enter his place. He closed the door once she walked in.

The H/C haired girl sighed before looking around. She had come over numerous times but her emotions were all over the place so she felt a little overwhelmed. She faced him and noticed just how tired Jere looked so she felt bad for coming so late just because of this.

“I’m sorry for coming so late—I just didn’t want to see anyone else. I was about to go on a date with him when Emma called me to tell me that she saw him kissing some girl at their work place.” She felt the need to explain everything right then and there.

The male led her to his bed so she could sit down. He eyed her with care, not wanting her to feel like he didn’t want to listen to her. He always worried about her and to see her so distraught, it was something that he never wanted to see again.

He didn’t want her to apologize for what happened to her, she really didn’t need to do so. “Don’t apologize. I would rather you be here than anywhere else. You’re safe and you don’t need to worry about anything. He is an idiot for cheating on someone as lovely as you.”

Y/N gave a sarcastic laugh before saying something she thought to be true. “If I am so lovely then why did I get cheated on by the person who I thought loved me? I confronted him about it and he claimed that I don’t give him ‘enough attention.’ He also told me that he can tell that ‘I like someone else.’ He was so convinced that what he was doing was fair.”

Jere felt confused but didn’t show it. “He doesn’t deserve you. Last time I checked, you did too much for him and gave up more than you should have. I’m curious though…who does he think you have feelings for?”

The girl bit her lip when she felt a sense of nervousness crash into her. She was very hesitant about responding to the question since it was Jere that she had feelings for and her ex was right about it. Honestly, she had feelings for the brunette ever since they really became friends but never thought that he would feel that same way.

It wasn’t like she didn’t have feelings for her ex, obviously she did, but Jere was just the best person. He had always been there for her and he understood her better than anyone else.

“You. He said that I had feelings for you.” Her tone was calmer than she thought it was going to be.

Her tears had subsided and she felt a bit better due to her best friend’s presence. He always helped her, even if he didn’t realize it all the time.

The Pöyhönen hoped that she would have said him but he didn’t actually think she was going to, so he was surprised by her words. A small smile escaped since he couldn’t help it. “Me? Why would he think that? I am sure he’s mistaken.”

Y/N sighed out, “Because it’s true…I have had feelings for you for the longest time. To be honest, I never thought you’d see me as anything other than your best friend and I didn’t think I was good enough for that. You are this amazing guy and I don’t have the best record with relationships, which I have always thought was because of me.”

For the first time in a long time, he was speechless, trying to process her words. It was something he had dreamed of for as long as they’d been friends.

Jere found his smile growing when he finally processed everything. “I have feelings for you too. I have felt the same to be honest. I never thought I had a chance and I didn’t want to ruin our friendship, but then you got into a relationship and I really felt like I wouldn’t have a chance.”

Y/N went to say something but he didn’t let her since he wanted to get everything off his chest. “Your relationships never failed because of you, I’m sure of that. For some reason, I feel like it was fate trying to get us together; although, I hate the fact that you got cheated on.”

The H/C haired girl smiled as well at his words. “My night is definitely getting better thanks to you, but I think I need some sleep and cuddles to help.”

“I think I can make that happen,” Jere laughed.

Y/N went to wash her face before joining Jere back in his bed. He wrapped an arm around her and kissed the top of her head, holding her tightly whilst they eventually fell asleep.

SUMMARY. in which jere’s girlfriend tries to teach him a bit of english but gets distracted but how cute he is.

TEACHING ENGLISH TO someone who didn’t know much at all was more difficult than Y/N L/N had anticipated but she really wanted to help out her boyfriend before the Eurovision Song Contest began. Jere had recently been chosen to represent Finland in the contest so he would need to learn as much as he could within the next couple of months.

That’s where Y/N came in, having offered to help him and teach him; considering she fluently spoke the language, she was most likely the best person to do it. The two were almost always together which was good for English lessons. The two had recently begun doing said lessons and it was cute to see Jere trying so hard, but he often got quite distracted by his girlfriend and he would in turn get frustrated when he got something wrong.

“I believe in you.” The girl spoke clearly. She gave him an encouraging smile which he returned and gave a little laugh.

“Thank you.” He had to stop and think before speaking.

She soon explained what she wanted him to do; she had written down some things for him to repeat. He could understand a little bit more than he could speak but it was all good. His girlfriend had faith in him and did think that he was doing well.

“Okei, toista perässäni (okay, repeat after me). My song is crazy and it’s a party.” The sentence was something to describe his song ‘Cha Cha Cha’ since it was a pretty crazy one. It was a great party song that she could see going very far. The first time she heard it, she knew that her boyfriend would impress everyone with it.

Jere took a breath before speaking. “My song is, uh, crazy and it’s party.” He gave another smile before laughing when he saw his girlfriend’s expression.

Y/N could feel her heart melting almost. He was just so adorable and she loved his accent more than she cared to admit. The girl shook her head before pecking his lips. She couldn’t help but to feel that way to be completely honest.

“You’re cute. That was good. English can be very confusing but don’t overthink it.” Her words were true. Even as someone who was able to speak the language, she still made a lot of mistakes and didn’t understand everything. It was just how things were and it was perfectly fine.

“You’re going to do great,” the H/C haired girl reassured her boyfriend. She always wanted for him to do well and succeed at his goals. He really deserved it more than anyone else she knew.

“Rakastan sinua niin paljon (I love you so much).” The Pöyhönen muttered loud enough so that the L/N could hear. He placed a hand on her check before leaning over and kissing her nose.

“I love you too, you dork.” She teased.

The dark haired male turned his head to the side a bit, confused at first, but then his brain started processing what she said. He poked her side as a form of payback for her teasing comment.

“Okay, okay, I’ll stop teasing you.” Y/N held her hands up in surrender.

The two got back to the lesson and Jere did great, making some progress. He was content with how it was going and so was his girlfriend.

SUMMARY. lorine’s girlfriend y/n is a well known model who is asked to do a photoshoot for a brand, which lorine comes along to and the two end up wanting some alone time.

MODELING WAS SOMETHING that came naturally to Y/N L/N and it was something she had been interested in for years. There had been many passions of hers that didn’t really stick but she was happy that this one did. She had gotten to experience so many things because of her job but meeting her girlfriend was definitely the highlight.

The couple had been together for a few years now and everything still felt new, no matter how many time they did things with one another. Y/N and Lorine were the most supportive of one another and their careers, which weren’t the same, but they still got to have similar schedules. They understood each other more than anyone else did and it felt as though they were seen.

The two women were always going to the other’s events; no matter if it was concerts, photoshoots, parties, etc. That’s how Lorine ended up watching her girlfriend with a smirk on her face. The L/N stood in a short black dress that looked as if it could be tame lingerie. The older woman would be the first to say how hot her lover looked. It was impossible not to let her thoughts run wild.

A company had reached out to the H/C haired girl and wanted her to model some of their new dresses for a magazine, which she agreed to. The outfits fit her perfectly and she felt this sense of confidence pouring from her being, which definitely helped her do better.

The photographer took the last picture of the dress that he needed, that being the last one in general. She thanked him before going over to her girlfriend, the two walking into the dressing room. It was just the two of them so Lorine took this opportunity to share her thoughts with the one she loved.

Her lips captured Y/N’s in a heated kiss, it taking the younger woman by surprise but it was a nice one. Her arms brought the other girl’s body closer to her own, their chests almost touching. They only pulled away to breathe and Y/N laughed.

“Damn, this must really turn you on.” Y/N didn’t hesitate to comment on the kiss and the aura that her girlfriend was giving off.

Lorine nodded, “You have no idea.”

The brunette’s hands wondered up and down Y/N’s body before resting on her hips. Her gaze was intense but it was the best kind on intensity. She wasn’t hiding anything from her partner, no matter where they were at. Lorine and Y/N were always so open with each other and it sometimes shocked those around them, but they loved how things are.

“Darling, I’ve been thinking about you all day. I’ve been waiting for the moment when I can have you to myself.” After speaking, the brunette leaned down and started leaning a trail of kisses down Y/N’s jaw and neck.

This caused the H/C haired woman to move her neck to the side, allowing her lover to have more access and control. She would be lying if she said she hadn’t thought about this too but had been able to push it down long enough to finish her job.

Lorine Talhaoui and Y/N L/N never failed to make each other feel the euphoria that they enjoyed so much. Every time was always better than the last.

The Swedish woman stopped her actions momentarily to whisper in Y/N’s ear. “This dress would look better on the floor. How badly do you want me?”

The tone of Lorine’s voice made Y/N to bit her lip, the aching for her lover growing with each second that passed by. She started to forget where they were but the remembered.

“We can’t do this here—“ she trailed off, not caring deep down. Honestly, the whole situation turned her on. This would not be the first time where things had occurred when the two women finished working.

Her words earned a chuckle from her girlfriend. “Angel, I don’t really think you care as much as you’re claiming. Am I right?”

Both women knew that Y/N didn’t have to answer that question. Lorine was right and she didn’t have shame in admitting it. “Just shut up and kiss me.”

“Someone’s impatient,” the brunette teased before bringing her girlfriend back into a kiss. It was filled with passion and love but also desire.

A moment later, Lorine pulled away with a smirk returning to her features. “I want that dress off of you so I can reward you for your hard work, my love.”

Y/N L/N didn’t have to be told twice, the H/C haired girl pulling the dress down her body with some help from her lover. The time after that was a blur with Lorine showing Y/N the time of her life.

THE RESULTS OF the Eurovision Grand Final wasn’t what most people in the Green Room had expected, Finland coming second rather than winning. Y/N L/N couldn’t help but to feel their heart break when they turned their head to see how their boyfriend was feeling after hearing the information. There was a sadness in Jere’s eyes that they could see, which they didn’t want to. Neither liked to see the other upset or in pain.

They sighed and laced their fingers together as a way to give him some comfort. They could tell that he needed it and wanted to help him in any way possible. He had worked so hard for months and he was hopeful that he’d win since there was so many people cheering him on. For a split second, it felt like that was for nothing.

The younger of the two rubbed their thumb over his knuckles, earning a small squeeze of their hand. The Finn ran his free hand through his hair as he attempted to push down the frustrated feelings blooming in his chest. It was so close yet so far.

Luke had come over to give Jere a hug, seeing that he was saddened by the end result. Y/N thanked him softly before he returned to his spot in the Green Room. Their attention then turned back to their lover, not really listening to Lorine’s performance, instead choosing to comfort the taller male. They did like ‘Tattoo’ but they were rooting for the man they loved more than anything.

Jere was first backstage once everything was over and he disappeared into one of the bathrooms, leaving his partner to wonder where he was at. However, they were aware of his patterns and how his brain worked, so they decided to search for him in the place where they thought he’d be.

Stood in front of the same bathroom, they knocked on the door gently. “My love, please let me in.”

They didn’t care how it looked, only caring about how Jere was doing. They heard some shuffling close to the door which opened up a few seconds later. They were met with Jere’s tear stained face and their eyes softened instantly, their heart seemingly breaking even more. They didn’t see how it couldn’t honestly.

They slipped into the bathroom and was sure to close the door behind them, locking it. Fresh tears fell from the man’s eyes. Y/N hadn’t seen him this sad in such a long time and all they wanted was to make him feel better. He was their cute boyfriend who was the embodiment of a puppy; he was always smiling and laughing and making them feel so much happier. Seeing him crying almost felt wrong.

He was always there for them when they were down so they needed to return the favor. The H/C haired being reached their hand up to wipe away some of his tears, wrapping their other arm slightly around his waist. By now, he was shirtless, having taken off the green jacket that he performed in.

“Did I work so hard for nothing?” His voice was full of emotion, genuinely thinking that question.

Y/N shook their head before responding to the question that they thought was absurd. “No, absolutely not. I know that you are disappointed, as am I, but you did everything right. Your hard work paid off! Even though you didn’t win Eurovision, you won the hearts of so many people.”

Jere went to argue but they didn’t let him, needing to get their feelings out in the open first. They wanted him to think about all that had happened, all the friends he had made. It wasn’t all for nothing and deep down, the dark haired male understood that.

“Jere, I’m so proud of you, as are the friends we’ve made here. I didn’t have to feel the stress of competing and I can’t even imagine how it’s felt, but you always inspire me.” It was true, their boyfriend was their inspiration for quite literally everything. They were amazed by him and how kind he was, how hardworking he was.

He sniffled and calmed himself down. He was quite a sensitive person and sometimes he just had to allow himself to feel anything he needed to, Y/N was aware of this, but they still were there for him no matter what.

“Thanks, angel. I just needed to let out some of these emotions. I feel like I’m starting to be emotionally drained but I am grateful for you being here with me, I love you more than you know.” The Pöyhönen did not know what he would do without them.

The two had been dating for two years now but they still had him wrapped around their finger. They were the best and he wholeheartedly believed that they were the only person for him.

“Of course. You know I’m always here for you. I love you too, bub.” They took their right hand and touched Jere’s chest, close to where his tattoo was. The touch was given to further calm him and ground him.

“I’m okay,” he stated.

They only let him go wash his face once they were sure. Once he was done, the two were ready to join everyone again. Y/N was sure that they were all wondering where the two went.

“You ready to see everyone?” Their question was genuine since they didn’t want him to do anything he was uncomfortable with.

When he nodded, the L/N opened the door and the two walked out, wandering off to find their friends. Jere grabbed something to drink whilst Y/N talked with Alika. Everyone spent the rest of their time at the venue, cheering up the Finn further and messing around, wanting to cherish these moments.
