What does Mammon mean by this? According to the lore of the hellaverse the only people higher up than Ozzie and the sins are Lucifer and his family, and it seems like Lucifer doesn’t care what the sins do as long as it doesn’t affect him and his ring. So the question I have is, is there some higher authority in hell besides Lucifer? In Stolas story to Octavia he mentions Azathoth and his tears, for those who don’t know Azathoth is an eldritch horror or creature said to be one of the most powerful beings and since Stolas knows of him we can assume the sins do as well. While I doubt we’re going to get chaotic horrors in HB and HH it’s a cool concept that there is something higher than Lucifer and God in the hellaverse.

Origin: It starts with his parents his parents hated people that looked different like people with heteromorphic attributes so when he was born and they saw his strange eyes they were horrified and called him a monster, a demon. He grew up hearing those words his whole life his parents could've cared less what he did to them he was treated more like an animal than a human kid making him question who or what he was so most of his childhood he spent outside in the backyard laying in the grass due to his situation it made him not trust people not that he'd get the chance to interact with other kids as his parents hid him from the world one day he heard a voice it said "poor kid having to live like that" he looked around and all he saw were some birds and squirrels he started talking to them he realized that he could understand them to an extent his parents saw him talking to them and saw it as just childhood imagination when he went to the doctor for his quirk test he feared what his parents would think when they saw he could transform his body so using hypnosis which he got from his strange eyes which if you recall are snake like he made the doctor tell his parents he was quirkless and that made his life a bit better his parents treated him a bit better but one day changed everything when Kai was outside talking to the animals he thought he was alone but his parents saw him and at first they were just looking but then Kai out of nowhere turned his head and neck into a giraffe head and neck reaching up to the tree the animals were in and when his parents saw they were livid they smashed the birds nest and when Kai saw he screamed and cried in sorrow and turned into a screeching monster and grew bigger than the whole house (not his top size by btw) and swatted his parents away with a giant paw killing them on impact Kai recovered from this alone and confused he saw his parents on the ground dead and he didn't cry he was sad but no tears left his eyes he just lived on the streets until he turned 10 and was caught stealing food from a gas station by the pro hero Miruko since Kai didn't have the best relationship with humans he attempted to fight her but lost instantly she admired his bravery and decided to adopt him it took him a while to get use to her as he barely spoke and when he did it was broken speech but over time he grew to trust her and love her he was inspired to be a hero by her and as such she taught him how to fight so Kai has incredible leg strength like Mirko without his quirk he can kick a small tree down with his quirk he can kick down a steel door and shatter massive boulders now he attends UA where they also help him with some of the trauma from his childhood he's good friends with Tokoyami and Tsu and often kicks Bakugou or Iida in the nuts when they either annoy him or just when Bakugou gets out of hand. Based on that last sentence you’d guess Kai has a bit of a temper but he’s actually pretty chill but don’t ever call him monster or freak who knows what’ll happen.

Fighting Style: Capoeira and Kickboxing (Due to Kai fighting with his legs more often than not you’ll often see him training his legs with Deku and Iida when he has the chance) Also while not a fighting style Kai will often say things out of no where to throw people off whether it makes it seem like he’s breaking the 4th wall or he’ll say something rather risqué.
