Once There Was A Girl Who Went To A Party. When She Got There An Old Woman Came Up To Her And Started

Once there was a girl who went to a party. When she got there an old woman came up to her and started to admonish her for her looks.

"Your dress is ripped and filthy, you have dirt under your nails, your hair looks like it's never seen a comb, and you look and smell as if you haven't showered in months. Why didn't you make yourself presentable?" She said. The girl looked at her and told her

"I've been busy."

"What could be more important than making sure you're clean?"

"Well, I've got to make sure that my heart keeps on beating first. Then I have to keep my lungs breathing and my stomach digesting food. I have to make my eyes blink and my hair grow. Then it's a matter of keeping this thing in my head happy so it doesn't try to kill me again. I read poetry and listen to music. I put on good dresses and go for walks in the rain. I race rabbits and look at the stars. I bake pies that I would never want to eat and give them away. I write books and draw pictures before burning them in the fireplace. With all that to do who has time to comb their hair?" The old lady looked aghast.

"Well, that's just not proper." She said. The girl cocked her head.

"Maybe tomorrow my brain will want to be proper. Maybe tomorrow I'll shower and comb my hair. Maybe I'll paint my nails and eat tea cakes in a clean dress before calling on my neighbors. Or maybe tomorrow I'll stay in bed all day because nothing feels worth getting up for. Who knows but tomorrow?"

Sometimes I wonder how peoplw treated pets in the past. Did kids in ancient Greece replace words they didn't know with their dogs name when memorising stories? Did people in ancient Egypt make up silly songs about how great their cats were? How many horses were told that they were the sweetest while being pet on the nose? We've loved animals for almost as long as we've been human. I think that's the best thing about us.

ANOTHER FIC IDEA!!

So like I was thinking that maybe before going to UA and getting OFA, he started a YouTube channel. He does a lot of things, but the most popular series is his podcast called “Hero Talk” and its where he Analyzes heroes and hero society. I was thinking it would be something like this:

Episode 1: Types of Heroes

• He talks about the differences between Spotlight, Underground, and Hybrid Heroes. And the benefits to each one and their areas of expertise.

Episode 2: Quirk Classification

• Breakdown of Mental, Physical, and Mutant type quirks.

Episode 3: Japan vs American Hero Charts

•I have this head cannon where there’s a top ten for each state and then, the ranking for the top ten of the country is between the number 1 ranked heroes from each state. And another head cannon I have is that it’s more common to see teams in America than Japan. Izuku explains that and goes into detail about the benefits of each hero ranking system.

Episode 4: Vigilantes

• He talks about the pros and cons of being a vigilante and also the loophole that if you’re quirkless/ fight quirkless you technically can’t be charged. He talks about how he respects vigilantes for what they do, even if it isn’t “legal.”

Episode 5: Villains

• Hardly anyone becomes a villain by choice. It’s because of circumstance. Whether it’s discrimination, poverty, poverty because of discrimination, it’s all comes back to the fact that someone pushes villains to what they do. He also talks about how many villains that are arrested shouldn’t be labeled that. Someone who commits petty theft shouldn’t be labeled something as extreme as villain.

Things would kinda continue as they did in cannon, except for some villains/thugs are reluctant to fight him because they’ve heard bits of his podcast and know that he understands them. (Also I wanted there to be like a quick video before the sports festival and be like “Wish me luck, guys!”) His channel also does other stuff like Gaming, Live-streams, Hero Merch Unboxing Videos, and Cosplay.

Another thing: The only people from his class that recognized him was Kaminari and Todoroki. But they don’t really say anything about it in public. (The reason why he wasn’t as recognized is because I kinda wanted his fan base to be in America. Like, he speaks English in his videos and just puts subtitles if theres any Japanese.)

Later on when they get to the dorms, one day when Izuku is streaming, Kaminari ends up joining him in whatever he is playing. That livestream is trending and the rest of the class find out about the channel.

The next Hero Talk video is a Hero Conspiracy video. (Todoroki is a special guest for that one.) On the white board begins them are the words: “Does Best Jeanist have a mouth?” So, that video was a fun one for sure. (Todoroki isn’t as fluent as Izuku so he resorts to Japanese a few times)

Later he vlogs what it’s like to live at the dorms. He introduces everyone.

Then, in another video, they do a food challenge video. (Check out the Monster Ramen challenge from the Anime Man) He could bring a couple of his classmates to do it with him and it could be fun.

And maybe he could collaborate with other Japan Based Youtubers. ( Akidearest, The Anime Man, Abroad in Japan, CDawgVA) They would think he’s too precious and pretty much adopt him. And maybe he could livestream with a few VTubers too. Idk.

So yea. I might write this, might not. If anyone wants to make their own version of this, feel free. I was thinking maybe TodoDeku, KamiDeku, or ShinDeku for this. But if you don’t wanna, it’s cool. I’ll read regardless of ships or lack thereof.

Ineffable Inktober day 9-Tartan is stylish

Crowley walked into his greenhouse behind Aziraphale.

"What's this suprise Angel?" Crowley adjusted his sunglasses.

"You'll see!" Aziraphale giggled as he guestured to the plants in the room. "Suprise!"

Each and every pot had a tartan bowtie around it.

"Angel what is this? Why are all of my plants wearing bowties?" Crowley looked at the plants. His babies! Wearing such atrocities as those bowties. Aziraphale puffed out his cheeks.

"Tartan is stylish!"

There is a deep exhaustion in my bones that screams at me to sleep. It clamps a warm hand over my mouth and drags me down into the void, and all is peaceful
