I ask for the "roots" because of this idea that in some "cultures" families are very big, and in other "cultures" they tend to be small, and I want to know to what degree this applies to cousins 😄

If you’re only definition of a redemption arc is complete forgiveness then that’s your problem. I just believe that the todoroki siblings deserved better. Sorry you don’t feel that way lol

Perhaps an unpopular opinion, but I think horikoshi owes it to the todoroki siblings to give touya a redemption arc. or, at the very least, end their storyline with the siblings reaching some kind of middle ground. otherwise i’ll be both devastated and pissed

I just think it’s so unfair. Like,,don’t get me wrong his choices are HIS choices but he was nothing more than a young boy desperately seeking approval and acceptance who definitely mad a lot of wrong turns and terrible decisions. Perhaps it’s the optimist in me, but I’d like to think that, at some point, he’d recognize that his efforts to destroy and create chaos are futile. He’d probably end up locked up in some kind of maximum security prison but I’d at least like to see the other todoroki siblings visit him from time to time after there’s been time to come to an understanding of some kind
