AU where when Flapjack transfered his being into Hunter, instead of waking back up in the Boiling Isles with the rest of the Owl House crew, Hunter's newfound teleportation powers somehow accidentally intercepted one of Rise Leo's portals and he gets yeeted into the Rise Of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles universe.

The Rise turtles, seeing a scarred and traumatized teenager with pointy ears falling out of one of Leo's portals: "Who dis? New sibling???"

I've been seeing a lot of character tournaments now that Tumblr has polls. What I'm curious about though, is there a grumpy x sunshine duo tournament yet?

I've been back and forth on whether I wanted Eda or Camila to adopt the Collector.

But no lie when I saw the Collector working with Lilith to free everyone from being puppets and then walking up to and looking up at her I somehow accidentally 1000% assumed she had adopted them.

...Until it was revealed that he was just giving her Hooty. And that they then left to be alone in the stars, parentless. :/

But I mean come on just imagine how smug about adopting them she'd be towards Eda!

Anyways, which of the 2012! Brothers do you think would get along best with which of the Rise! Brothers and why?

it would depend a bit on when. they have their own issues at different points and seeing their jolly turtles would just piss them off. If early season Leonardo saw Raphael is the leader he'd start doubting himself more, if Raphael saw rise!raph seemingly not having any anger issues or just coping with it better, hed get mad at himself.

But i think everyone would get along well except the Leos. 12!Leo gets very serious while rise!Leo...isn't.

If they met rise after they met the 80s turtles they'd see something like... leo fail to do a backflip and think oh great theres more. Then in an actual fight they see some insane synergy and battling, like mikey flings a whole car to raph who compresses it in to a ball, who pitches it to donnie, who hits it baseball style boosted by a rocket, and then leo uses portals so it hits everything (with pinball sound effects of course)

and then they realize 'ah, these turtles are all fun and whimsy like the 80's turtles because no threat has come close to beating them.' (thats not true. theyre just better at coping)

12!leo tries to bond with rise!leo by watching space heroes but rise!leo keeps comparing it to whatever rise version of star trek is. idk galaxy friends? theres a lot of "he would not fucking say that" arguments. its the first time in a long time leo has relaxed.

to answer the real question, who gets along best. i think 2012 Michelangelo gets along best with the rise brothers. hes running around asking questions and playing games, introducing them to ice cream kitty, climbing on Raphael to break the record of most turtles stacked and wholeheartedly tries to walk with as many pizza boxes balanced as possible. this is the most concentrated anyone has ever seen him.
