You Don't Know How Long I've Waited For This
You don't know how long I've waited for this šš

You know, if I had to tell everyone what happened to me, it would be another book all together, and right now I have my hands full with books.ļæ¼ I am so busy now that I have just been told to give up my dreams PhD work and just concentrate on writing booksļæ¼.
First things first: @tkwrtrilogy3 is back. First of all there will be a crash course on what the new people that showed up missed. That begins tomorrow the writing begins October 7 as you can see by the lovely illustration above.ļæ¼

So much to do and so much time to do it. Considering this book is a trilogy, and it has an extra three books attached to it, Iāll probably be writing this one until Iām 70. I just turned 50 so that tells you a lotļæ¼. OK, so I write fast. Maybe 65.ļæ¼ Be grateful. Oh. It is already twice as long than the entire first season of Rings of Power (probably longer).
Next: The New King in Town @lesecretdelamaisondubourbon So, you probably missed it. Not only am I Thranduil, I am also Louis XIV currentlyļæ¼. I will be his Daddy, too.

You donāt wanna know. Well maybe you do. Letās just say I have extensively covered his love life and survey says:ļæ¼ š„š„š„š„š„š„š„š„š„š„š„š„š„š„š„š„
If you were ever on my Instagram, you would know thereās a new lady in town for His Majesty Louis XIV.ļæ¼ and none of you know who she is because sheās new to a degree. Anyway, letās just say they had funļæ¼ (and will continue to have fun. However, if you are reading the book on Tumblr, Louis is still a baby. I had to jump ahead for theme reason on Instagram and Iām afraid if you go over there youāll want him to grow faster. I would also like to tell everybody that his brother Philippe he has a story to tellļæ¼.

ļæ¼ Oh, does Monsieur have a story to tell. That belongs to my co-author, @fortunatelyclevercandy. As they say, true friendship never expires. Donāt worry youāll like it Iāve already read some of the story and itāsļæ¼: š„š„š„š„š„š„š„š„š„š„š„š„š„š„š„š„š„š„
Oh, right. The Secret of the House of Bourbon is also a trilogy. I write trilogies. Why? Because Iād like to write.ļæ¼ A lot. I also read as much as I write. And sometimes in French. HOB (as we call it) covers 196 years of the House of Bourbon. I wanted to start with Louis Xļæ¼ļæ¼III, but my co-author loves her some Philippe, so to stay consistent, I headed over to Louis XIV. That was probably the absolute best decision I ever made in my life and I suck at making decisions. I really suck at making decisions. I try my best not to make any of them.ļæ¼ So, like I always do, I ended up beginning a story in the middle. I am in Book III and it is all about Louis XIV.ļæ¼ Yes, there are women. More than you can imagine but not as many as his grandfatherļæ¼ Henri IV. There is no one earth who can have that many women except for his grandfatherļæ¼ Henri IV. Oh, and by the way, this is not fanfiction based on anything like a television show perhaps. This is all about the history and the history is wilder than the television show.ļæ¼ How wild? Letās just say somebody made me go through 500 pictures of one poem before they decided OK, this doesnāt have to be a PG-13 novel.ļæ¼ š I mean it doesnāt have to be like Tolkien. We are grownups. I think weāre grown ups. Well, she might be more than I am. But weāre definitely grownups. So anyway this is a grown-up book about grown-ups just happened to start as childrenļæ¼ before they become grown-ups. In 17th-century Franceļæ¼. Yeah. Did you know Louis was born with two teeth? š¦·

We are adults. Fun fact: My birthday is September 4. The day before Louis XIV. Aināt that a kick in the head?ļæ¼
So, I guess this is it. I guess I am coming back.ļæ¼ Itāll take a while to get used to being back after such a Trumatic experience I went through, but Iām happy to be back to doing what I loveļæ¼. Writing. Oh, one more thing:

Hee hee š So, I guess weāre back. š For me, thereās no place like the throneļæ¼.

Queen MĆriel and her (not so) beloved daughter-in-law

OK. That's my best idea. I can explain the "Princess of Lindon" in the picture of Thranduil's mother. My headcanon is that she is Gil-Galad's sister and that they (Gil-galad and MĆriel) had a Sindarin mother, that's why she has white hair (but their father is Fingon). Anyway... This image is just part of a future fanfic project of mine, anyway, I only decided to post it here because I don't have anyone to put up with my outbreaks š

The Midle Eart
EƤĀ is the name of theĀ Universe, whileĀ arda, (meaningĀ the Realm, coming from Primitive ElvishĀ gardÄ, adapted from valarinĀ AĆ¾ÄraphelÅ«n) is, at first, the name used to designate theĀ Solar System, but it can also be used specifically as a name for the Planet Earth. According to Tolkien's mythology, Arda was created through the composition of a magnificent song,Ā AinulindalĆ«, whenĀ IlĆŗvatarĀ asked the Ainur, a species of angels, to create together a grandiose melody, with the inspiration of the Imperishable Flame.[1] It was always the target of Melkor's covetousness, whose objective was to rule it. However, ManwĆ« was appointed to be lord of the kingdom of Arda. He called to himself many superior and inferior spirits, who descended to the fields of Arda and helped in the realization of the project envisioned in the Great Music, preparing Arda for the arrival of theĀ Children of IlĆŗvatar.
Although 'Middle-earth' strictly refers to a specific continent (calledĀ EndorĀ in Elvish Quenya andĀ EnnorĀ in Sindarin, both designating "middle land"), representing what we know asĀ EurasiaĀ andĀ Africa, the term is often used to mean the entire 'land' (correctly calledĀ Arda), or even the entire universe in which the tales take place.
If the map of Middle-earth is projected onto our real Earth (an imperfect approximation, at best), and some of the more obvious climatological, botanical, and zoological similarities line up, theĀ ShireĀ (County) of theĀ HobbitsĀ would be in the temperateĀ England, Gondor in theĀ MediterraneanĀ ItalyĀ andĀ Greece,Ā MordorĀ in the aridĀ TurkeyĀ andĀ Middle East, the South of Gondor in theĀ desertsĀ of North Africa, Rhovanion in theĀ forestsĀ ofĀ Eastern EuropeĀ and in theĀ steppesĀ ofĀ RussiaĀ Iceland, Foral and Southern Bay in theĀ fjordsĀ ofĀ Norway.
According to Tolkien, the Shire is supposed to be located approximately in the area of āācentral England (specificallyĀ Warwickshire), whileĀ Minas TirithĀ in Gondor is comparable toĀ Venice, andĀ PelargirĀ toĀ ByzantiumĀ (Constantinople).
The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings are presented as the achievements of Bilbo, Frodo and other Hobbits, and are intended to be a translation of the Red Book of Westmarch. Like Shakespeare's King Lear or Robert E. Howard's Conan the Barbarian, the tales occupy a historical location that could not have really existed. The dates for the length of the year and the phases of the moon, along with descriptions of constellations, firmly establish the world as being Earth, no more than a few thousand years ago.
Tolkien wrote extensively on linguistics, mythology and earth history, which formed the backbone for his stories. Most of his books, with the exception of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings, were edited and published posthumously by his son Christopher.
Notable among them isĀ The Silmarillion, which describes a largerĀ cosmologyĀ that includes Middle-earth as well asĀ Valinor,Ā NĆŗmenor, and other lands. Also notable are Unfinished Tales and the multiple volumes of The History of Middle Earth, which include incomplete histories and essays as well as detailing the development of Tolkien's writings from early drafts to the last works in his life.
