Please give a tutorial on how you make those gifs. Thank you !!!!

okaay, so again for the gifs i use picsart (u can use any other editing app) + gif maker

first, open picsart and choose any picture for your background

second, click on "add photo" and add your png

third, adjust your png in the center of the picture like this for example,

fourth, save your pictures and open your gif maker app, select the "images to gif" option and pick your two pictures,

fifth, adjust the speed of your gif and wtv else then save it, it shall appear this way,
