Black-tinted fingers reached out to take Pela's hand, gentle as she looked over the wound beneath her torn glove. Those gentle fingers would carefully peel the fabric away so that she could properly gauge the wound. It would be easy, really, if she dealt with it with her magic. But needing to pass for just another human was just as important as helping the girl before her.
