This era was a hot mess and it was everything.

21 year old actor, TREVOR JACKSON, is one of the cutie pies climbing his way to the top of the “young black actor” roster. 

growing up, trevor jackson has delivered his acting and signing skills on television and stage. not only has trevor already starred on broadway as the young simba in the coveted LION KING play, but he portrayed a character named kevin blake on the critically acclaimed, SYFY drama series, EUREKA. additionally, trevor lent his talents to the DISNEY channel – taking on the role of kris mcduffy for the network’s LET IT SHINE children’s movie. 

presently, trevor is starring alongside the female actress from BLACKISH who is leading her own series called, GROWNISH. i have only seen one episode of the commercially successful series. i think trevor plays the lead character’s love interest or something. his name on the series is aaron jackson. i only saw him and the lead, zoey johnson go back and forth in a classroom setting on the series’ pilot episode.

prior to that however, i first noticed trevor as he starred alongside the veteran actress, regina king. trevor starred as her son, kevin lacroix in abc’s second season of AMERICAN CRIME. trevor’s role was that of a high school basketball star who was somehow involved in witnessing the rape of a fellow male student. the season featuring trevor stands out as my favorite amongst the series that was prematurely cancelled by the network.

trevor jackson was also featured in the 2017 netflix feature film, BURNING SANDS. trevor starred as a pledge amongst a fictitious all-black fraternity on a college campus. it was during this full length movie that trevor finally exposed his tight little cakes on camera.
