The fact that the human brain cannot tell apart reality from fiction, especially mine considering my ADD-daydreaming syndrome, tears me apart.

Because the amount of time I've loved people on my silly screen and spent time thinking and daydreaming about them is astronomical. And they'll never know. Because they're not real.

Jamil isn't real and yet I'm perfectly happy looking at him through a screen and thinking about how much I adore him. Neither of us will ever know the feeling of the other's hand in ours, the taste of each other's lips. And that hurts. But maybe somewhere in the endless universe he *is* there and maybe, hopefully, he *knows* how loved he is.
