Steve sat staring down at his text books with a frown on his face as he concentrates, occasionally scribbling something down in his notebooks. The curly haired man sitting at the end of the table drops his head down on top of his text book with a heavy thud

“I give up, this is so boring.” He cries out receiving several shushes from some of the other students studying in the library. His dramatic actions draw a quiet amused laugh from his boyfriend. Eddie lifts his head off the table to look at Steve before dropping his head back down on the table. After several minutes of quiet he tucks an arm under his forehead and closes his eyes, deciding to take a short nap whilst he waits for Steve to be done with studying for the day.

Steddie modern coffee shop au anyone?

Eddie comes in early on a winter morning before opening up his tattoo shop across the street. He’s the first customer, in fact he’s 15 minutes too early, they’re not even open yet. But it’s okay, the first coffee is on the house as long as he doesn’t mind if the barista has his at the same time.

Eddie absolutely does not mind.
