I'm not saying that all GFM's are scams, but if you get like 10 messages in your asks begging you to donate with almost the same wording, don't fall for it. GoFundMe has a history of being a home for scammers who prey on the goodwill of others. Instead, donate to one of these charities that actually get aid to the people who need it.

Shevet Achim: An organization that helps children with congenital heart defects from Gaza, Iraq, and Syria come to Israel to get treatment. Children are treated in some of Israel's largest hospitals, including the Sheba Medical Center in Tel Aviv and the Hadassah hospital in Jerusalem. It was founded in 1994 by a small group of foreign Christians and Israeli citizens.

International Medical Corps: American NGO that is used to operating in conflict zones and is efficient at providing treatment to those who need it. They have opened a 160 bed field hospital in south Gaza and a 50 bed field hospital in middle Gaza and provide a wide range of health services. They also provide access to water, sanitation and hygiene services, and are ensuring a steady supply of medicines, supplies and training.

Humanite Peace Collective: Humanite Peace Collective works in areas of war, including Ukraine, Yemen, and Gaza. Their Gazan representative is Rami Aman, who founded the Gaza Youth Committee, a peace organization that works to empower young Gazans. Donations will be used to relieve immediate hunger, meet urgent medical needs, provide fuel for hospital generators to keep the electricity on, and help evacuate families from the bombing.

World Central Kitchen: Provides food by land, sea, and air. WCK has established kitchens in southern and central Gaza and is working with local partners to distribute food in the north. WCK has also created a network of community kitchens all across Gaza.
