For a boy suposedly raised by wolves, razor sure has good fashion sense. This means that:

a.) The people at mihoyu are cowards

Or

b.) Razor, for all of his attempts to be exactly like the wolves, couldnt escape the human instinct of Ooh Shiny Thing and adorned himself in whatever he could find

The first one is more likely but the second is cute
