Zany To Me How These Um Actually Nihilists Like To Pretend That "um Actually Love/friendship/cooperation/kindness
zany to me how these um actually nihilists like to pretend that "um actually love/friendship/cooperation/kindness isn't real bc we evolved that way to benefit ourselves as a species..." um YES? that's also where tool use comes from? that's where cooking comes from? am i supposed to think social bonds & tool use & cooking aren't "real" because they evolved over time instead of appearing fully formed from the ether?
sorry u can't enjoy things. im a superior being twirling a fork in my bowl of delicious noodles whilst staring in adoration at the world

The thing is... Israel admitted to this from the very beginning.
They said the confessions were obtained through 'interrogation' in the Shin Bet aka torture (Shin Bet is where they like to torture Palestinian prisoners for intel) so every country that cut funding to the UNRWA knew from the beginning that Israel was using false forced statements.
The famine in Gaza is partly due to this. Never forget that.

Gee, I thought these people were the ones who were like “If you don’t like it, you can just move to a blue state.”
And now they’re mad the guy is doing just that?
You can’t oppress and discriminate against someone then be mad when they take their highly useful skill elsewhere.
had a dream i posted a poll to this blog that was like 'DECIDE MY FUTURE' and the options were 'banishment' 'beheading' 'sent to sea' 'become medieval reenactor' 'titanic' and i was out front trying to desperately rally for being sent to sea when everyone kept voting beheading
Alright that snippet with power stripped villain (in that collar one) broke my heart... Can you please write a snippet how the villain escapes and finds a way to get rid of that thing? Sort of his first moments of freedom. I will love you even more if he is weak as hell but still extatic that he feels his powers again and that he is free. I will cry tears of joy if the villain escapes on his own (sort of without anyone's help). Thank you mate!
Continuation of this.
The villain ripped the collar off with shaking fingers and dropped it to the ground.
Nothing.
There was nothing.
No pain of power wrenched out of his limbs, but no power either. He just felt empty. Some thing that had been scraped hollow, skin raw, aching - husked. A distressed sound choked in his throat.
The world shattered all over again. Hope offered and stolen and everything in him withered.
No. No. It couldn’t be gone.
“Please.” He’d never once begged for anything, didn’t believe in any higher deity to call upon or who would believe in him even if they did exist but…”please.” He’d do anything.
There.
It was barely anything, a tendril, a whisper - but it was his. He gasped out a breath and felt the strength slide out of his knees in relief. He didn’t have time to cherish it but he did so anyway, cradling the familiar warmth of his magic like cupping the flickering light of a candle in a chasm of darkness.
His cheeks felt wet.
His heart shone.
Never again.
He slammed his foot on the wretched collar. Again, again, again, with the breaths tearing ragged from his lungs but again, again, again, until the small strip of metal was crushed and broken by the sheer force of his hatred.
His shoulders trembled, his chest heaved. It was gone. It was gone and he was never ever wearing it again, not ever. No one would ever have that against their throat again, birthright stripped and stolen and locked away .
Never again.
Dawn filtered through the window - the first true light he had seen in years. It had been a long game. He’d played the part of the pennant, the redeemed monster, the sparrow with a broken wing that the hero could save to soothe his own guilt at what he’d done.
The villain touched a hand to his bare throat. The collar had left an ugly, constricted mark where his power had tried to rise and been shoved down, aside, leeched away over and over again to be used against him.
Never again.
The villain straightened, more and more of his power coiling welcoming around him by the second. Dizzying. He’d forgotten, truly, how powerful he used to be. Like he could raze worlds and heroes who thought powerlessness was a fitting punishment when magic was as essential as one’s own nervous system.
Never again.
He ran before the hero could wake up in the cell he’d left him in.
