Ik I said I'm gonna post chapter 2 in a week or two but I've changed some stuff and decided to make the chapter a bit longer since I don't want to write more than 7 or 8 chapters and I started exams recently so I'm not able to write much BUT IM REALLY TRYING TO SPEED IT UP AND FINISH CHAPTER 2 SO HOPEFULLY VERY SOON IM REALLY SORRY FOR THE DELAY IM TRYING 😭

WHEN WILL PART 2 BE OUT??

I'm really not sure since I'm a bit busy right now and I don't want to set a date and not post it on said date but I'll try to post it soon, so hopefully in two week, maybe in one week if I didn't get writers block-

Jay would totally let you cry your eyes out when you're sad, he would let you sit on his lap while your head is buried in his chest. He has one hand caressing your head while the other is around your waist.

He'll try to soothe you and tell you everything will be okay and he'll try to crack a small joke in between your crying just because he hates seeing you cry (if it was in an another situation he wouldn't mind 😏).

He'll say something like "it's okay baby, let it all out I'm right here, everything will be okay." And then he'll say "just tell me who made you cry I'll kick their ass." Trying to lighten up the mood.

And after you're done he'll order food and bring a lot of blankets and snacks, you'll stay like that the whole day binge watching your favourite series while cuddling in jay's arms.

The morning after, you did your normal morning routine, the only difference was the feeling of someone watching you.

You've never felt unsafe and uncomfortable in your own house, but ever since yesterday you've been feeling uneasy.

Like the walls had eyes of their own, following your every action, you've tried to let go of the feeling for now and not tell your husband about yesterday.

You tried convincing yourself that you must've been Hallucinating, that you were just seeing things, but no matter how many times you tried you couldn't shake off the feeling that someone was actually there.

Trying to act like everything was okay, like someone didn't just take a picture of you naked, with your husband in bed, felt almost impossible that even sunghoon noticed that you're not like how you normally are, so he decided to call sick from work for today to stay at home with you.

Of course, you tried changing his mind that you're fine and missing work for two days is utterly unacceptable, but he only pushed it off saying “you're more important to me, doll.” Which got you rolling your eyes at him.

After breakfast you both baked cookies, which turned into a flour fight but you still got the cookies done. Then you both took a bath where sunghoon insisted that you should do it together to “save water”, y'all were in there for almost 3 hours, which made you curse at yourself for not being able to say no to your husband.

So now it's almost 8 pm and you're both cuddling on the couch, scrolling through your phone, drinking chamomile tea while he's going through the tv channels, munching on the cookies you both made not finding anything interesting.

That's when he decided to just leave the tv on the news channel and look at your phone with you instead, 10 mins went by until you heard the news reporter talking about some crime that apparently happened yesterday.

The reports are showing that the crime happened near your city, though it didn't surprise you since there's been a lot of repetition of the same crime, happening almost every week and every time it's been done by the same killer, who still hasn't been caught.

Recently the police have been trying to catch a killer going by the name “acid killer” since he uses acid as the main source of his killing, apparently it has been happening for almost a year now and the suspect has never been caught.

From what the police explained to the public, the killer makes the hostage drink acid and then skin them alive so they won't be recognizable. Who in their right mind would even have the guts to do any of this.

Your eyes were fixated on the screen, finding interest in it as you were oblivious to sunghoon sitting next to you, looking way too calm especially with the smirk on his face.

“This case has been open for so long and the police barely have any leads, do you think they'll get caught any time soon?” you asked a hint of wariness in your voice.

“He hasn't been caught for a year and the police barely have any leads, it seems like the police are having a challenge, but no matter what, I'll make sure no one gets their hands on you. You're only mine after all.”

You took his words as a sign of his love for you and smiled at him, finding comfort in his words… if only you noticed the small little signs in his words before it became late.

The quiet atmosphere in your house came to a halt as soon as you both heard the sound of a dog barking like crazy and the sound of people yelling outside, you flinched at the sudden loud voices.

Your hold on sunghoon’s hand tightens while trying to make out what all the screaming is about, you look back at sunghoon with a pleading look in your eyes, and without any words exchanged he understood what you wanted making his eyes roll at you.

“Oh hush I know you're also curious about what they're fighting about!” he gave you a chuckle before he put one of his hands under your knees and behind your neck and held you up, making his way to the window. He settled you on the couch under the window while opening the blinds and the window a bit just to get a small peek.

You look outside to see both of your neighbors screaming at each other while their dog is following behind them still barking “don't deny it, I saw the pictures with my own eyes, you creep.” Mrs.kang says furiously as it looks like she's making her way to her car with her husband following behind her.

“I told you already these are not mine, I don't know who put them there but I did not take these pictures.” Mr.kang replies catching up with his wife before she enters the car.

“Turns out he's a creep, not surprised though he does look like one.” Sunghoon whispers to you as if your neighbors can hear you if you speak any louder, and you couldn't help the little giggle that fell from your lips, it quickly died down when you saw mrs.kang slap her husband so hard that the sound was clearly heared by you and sunghoon as you both gasp at the sudden show of violence.

“You motherfucker, I knew you were a Pervert but I didn't think you'd go and creep up on young ladies who are married, what will Mr.Park say once he finds out you've been taking secret pictures of his wife, nevertheless when she's nude.”

and suddenly it felt like the world stopped, you couldn't hear any of the neighbors yelling as you tried to process what you just heard. Yesterday, the flash in the window, was mr.kang?

Of course your neighbors weren't the best of people, but it's still a bit surprising that they had the heart to do something like that, though it didn't add up with how could mr.kang even climb up to your room's balcony, or maybe the flash was too bright?

Your thoughts suddenly stopped at the feeling of a trembling hand around your waist, you looked back just to see sunghoon looking straight at your neighbors, specifically mr.kang, through the living room window, you can almost feel the anger coursing through his body.

You put your hand on his trying to calm him down, you both have the right to be mad right now but this could be solved in much better ways than violence, Sunghoon looks down at you holding himself back from spewing bloodshed In front of you.

Your small staring contest gets cut off by the sound of Mrs.kang slapping her husband again “I will not tolerate this behavior, you can save your explanations to the police. And I've got all the proof here so you better not lie to me, pictures of her while she sleeps, you creep!”

“Goddammit women, I'm not gonna explain shit when I know I didn't do anything. Even if I did it's not like we do anything in the bedroom so might as well find someone else to entertain me.” Mrs. Kang ignored him as she made her way to her car before Mr.kang held her back, probably trying to stop her from going to the police station.

After the whole neighbor ordeal happened with mr.kang convincing his wife to talk it out, sunghoon couldn't leave your side for a second, he helped you relax from everything that happened, and he tried convincing you to press charges against him but you just shook your head and decided on locking the windows and shut the curtains next time.

But sunghoon couldn't keep up like this, it's like he couldn't trust his own house anymore, not like you blame him ever since this whole stalking thing unfolded you've felt like there's eyes around the whole house, watching your every move, so you felt much grateful for sunghoon’s presence.

It was almost 2 am as you were finishing some work while drinking chamomile tea made by sunghoon, he was waiting for you in bed, he didn't initiate anything today which felt not normal at all especially since he's always trying to do something to get you in bed.

When he saw you getting closer he jumped up and helped you get in bed with a small “finally!” coming out of his mouth, “missed me, huh?” You replied teasing him at how clingy he can be, not like you're complaining.

“So much! I was dying slowly the longer you were away from me.” He joked as he hugged your body, tightening his hold on you while you played with his hair "you're so dramatic" you rolled your eyes.

It wasn't long before you flaked out, Sunghoon can feel your chest going up and down as you breathe slowly, the small snores coming from your mouth are confirming that you're fast asleep.

He made his way out of your bed to the walk-in closet in your bedroom, he put on his work suit and shoes trying not to make a lot of sound to not wake you up, which won't happen since your chamomile tea consisted of an extra ingredient today.

A sleeping drug.

He made his way out of the house after he made sure that all the curtains were firmly closed, got in the car and took the route to the work company which was dark and quiet since it's past midnight already. He went quickly to the elevator going down to the basement.

The basement was also quiet, of course there were some workers in their office minding their own business, doing their own work. Sunghoon made his way to the main office, he opened the door just to see his two close co-workers right there.

No words needed to understand that sunghoon was mad, he didn't just look mad he looked furious like he can almost blow this whole place up.

He couldn't take his anger out on your neighbor since you were right there, he didn't want you to see his other side, the side that you'll hate, you'll loathe him if you find out what the real him does, if he could he would've stabbed your neighbor till you can see his insides clearly.

He's gonna make him regret ever looking your way, he'll make him pay. Sunghoon's thoughts are all over the place, someone saw his wife in such a vulnerable state and he's still alive, how can he stay sane when that motherfucker is probably safely asleep right now.

“We're gonna kill the neighbors.”

Heeseung and Jay both looked at him confused about what he was talking about, he just came in looking like a madman talking about killing, not like it's a new thing but a bit of context would've been helpful.

“What did your old aged neighbors do? They can barely even walk.” Jay said in a joking manner but still curious.

“Did Mr.kang take secret pictures of your ‘doll’ or something?, like what's the worst they can do.” Heeseung joked while he and Jay were laughing.

Sunghoon stayed quiet getting irritated trying to think of ways to torture mr.kang, jay noticed his boss’s silence, his eyes widening they can almost pop off.

“Wait, you're being serious? I didn't think that old man could even do anything other than complain about his wife.” Jay uttered still not believing it, when he and heeseung tried finding information about the neighbors, prior to sunghoons order, they were just a normal old married couple nothing seemed off.

“Let's get rid of the dog.” Sunghoon blurted out, finally looking content with the decision he came to.

“Woah woah woah! The dog?! Since when are we doing animal abuse here?” Jay replied hoping to change his boss' mind, not ready to hear a dog cry for his life.

“I hate the dog anyways, we'll kill the dog and later on the neighbors, I'll tell y/n they moved out or something.” Jay sighed knowing Sunghoon wouldn't change his mind.

Sunghoon was very attentive to everything happening in his life, he still doesn't understand how he didn't suspect anything suspicious with his neighbors, once he's done with him he'll make sure this mistake won't happen again.

But maybe, it didn't only happen once, but twice… since both of the men sitting down in the office failed to notice the smirk on their friend's face as he watched sunghoon's face filled with anger trying to come up with a plan to get rid of Mr.kang.

Maybe Sunghoon wasn't as attentive as everyone says he is, since he neglected the fact that the person he trusts the most, is the person that he shouldn't have trusted at all.
