title: a little snack
summary: You’re going to kill your friend. When they had said they’d found a great match for you, you thought they meant someone really nice and patient, you didn’t think they meant a skeleton practically the size of a mountain.
And they’re not even wrong! You just can’t think when he is that attractive!
notes: based on this art by @hashileio!! the scene in the art is directly in the fic have fun getting to that point bc i sure did have literally so much fun writing this.

I'm listening to Hoziers new album and the way Who We Are absolutely ripped out my gushing screaming gdussy is just a feeling I wasn't expecting as soon as I get off of work. I feel like I've become the part that's been ripped out and now I'm having an out of body experience and the only way I'll get through this is more Hozier
I didn't know I needed to cry today

I signed the lease on my first gallery. The 1905 cottage will double as a new home for my mom and I. While ultimately we've found a way of turning a housing crisis into a positive next step, the move has been extremely difficult for my mom. She has mild to moderate dementia but the disruption has flared her symptoms, significantly. The situation around the move was also quite traumatic.
Almost all of my energy has been devoted to managing her needs. My gallery opening is getting pushed and pushed. I want to make sure I have enough to pay the plumber to install laundry hookups, the electrician to install the other laundry hookups and stove, and make rent even if I can't make brick and mortar sales in September, which is looking painfully likely.
I so appreciate the support of tumblr's community.
