I don’t know if it’s because this movie had me thirsting since Matthew Macfadyen came on screen or because it’s been several years since Hugh Jackman played Logan, but when I tell y’all the lust felt like it jumped out of my body when Hugh was shirtless in the third act 😮💨🫦

Bringing this discussion here because Reddit can be a toxic place and this isn’t meant to be negative or poo poo on anybody’s feelings. Just an observation.
I don’t think Richie and Jess will turn romantic because of the huge age gap between the actors. Ebon is 47 and Sarah Ramos is 33. The romantic pairings the show’s had have only had a few years age gap between the actors:
Jeremy (33) and Molly (28)
Abby Elliot (37) and Chris Witaske (41)
Ebon and Gillian Jacobs (41)
Even characters who fans have shipped like Syd & Carmy and Marcus and Syd are closer in age - Ayo’s 28 and Lionel’s 33.
Somebody commented that the reason Chris Storer brought Sarah Ramos back is because many fans are rooting for Richie and Jess, but Chris has said romance isn’t a main focus for the show and he doesn’t strike me as somebody who’ll give in to what fans want.
That same person also said it’s giving fans way too much credit that they’ll care about a man being much older than a woman in a relationship. That’s true for some people, but I think Chris Storer knows if he pairs them up, a lot of fans would find that off-putting.
Also, I think Jess is supposed to be around the same age as Carmy & Syd and Richie called them babies back in Season 1 because of their age, so that would make a romance between him and Jess feel a little icky.
