Ref:rain â Gojou Satoru x reader

Pairing: gojou x reader
Genre: fluff! + slightly spicy make-out session that gets interrupted (oops! âșïž) (warning: slight language!)
a/n: ive had this in my draft for months but im suddenly reminiscing jjk and finally got around to edit and finish it. i hope you guys enjoy it :)

[12:57 a.m.]
You should have been sleeping right now, but instead, you were on the bed in front of Gojou with your hands cupping his face. Youâve managed to lock Gojou against the bed frame and cradled his lap. Your knees were lifted at just the perfect height to kiss him tenderly on the lips and you could feel his hands massaging rhythmic circles on your hips as you kissed him passionately.
This evening, Gojou texted you that the earliest he could come and see you from work was next week, but of course, being the sly tease he is, he surprised you at night with a spontaneous fumble of your doorknob, your favorite flowers in his hand, and that classic fucking smirk that he always have on whenever he sees your cute shocked look.
And being too swooned and shock to even get a smidgen mad at your boyfriend for almost making you blast out your âemo playlistâ (aka: all the sad and emotional songs by Daughter) you ran to your door and threw your arms around him, snuggling your face in his jujutsu uniform.
You closed your eyes are you wrapped your arms tightly around him, inhaling his scent like a warm summer breeze. Wrapping your arms around him was one of the biggest things youâve missed for the last few months it, it was just like puzzle pieces finally coming together. It fits.
When you broke away, you still had your arms around his neck, and when your eyes met your boyfriend, you shot him your perfected death stareâthe kind that always leaves Gojou largely unaffected by your glare and instead chuckle. Â
âMiss me?â Gojou asked, peering down at you with a charming smile on his face. You could barely see his eyes through his dark sunglasses but you could tell they were glistening with excitement.
âAfter three months of not seeing you?â You tilted your head and shrugged playfully. âHmmâŠâŠMaybe.â You looked up at him and gave him a sneered eye and a pout. âI donât think I can trust your word anymore, Gojou Satoru.â You teased.

How did I not hear about France banning hijabs? Whatâs going on?
long story short, thereâs legislation in the process of being passed that would
ban girls under 18 from wearing any form of religious head covering in public, and although itâs obviously aimed at muslim women, it would also affect other faith groups that practice similar forms of modest dress
ban islamic swimwear in schools and public (there is already a modest swimwear ban in place at public beaches, this just extends it)
ban mothers wearing hijab from entering schools or participating in school field trips or extra curriculars
ban the slaughter of halal poultry - the cheapest and most easily accessible form of meat protein for the muslim community
extend school hijab bans to universities
prevent muslim women from choosing healthcare providers based on gender (which many muslim women prefer to do, since many exams require removal of clothing, etc)
ban muslim parents from homeschooling
force halal markets to sell pork and alcohol or face closure
ban foreign flags at weddings
This is what you call a journey. đ

summary:Â from the day jeno & you met, it was obvious to everyone that there was something between you two. but as clueless and stubborn as you guys were to admit your feelings, the truth took a while to unravel

AUGUST JUNIOR YEARÂ
Moving to a new high school halfway through your teenage life wasnât what you had originally planned; especially since you would be leaving all your friends behind, but you had no choice deciding to follow your mom to a different city for her demanding job. The fresh start could be viewed as a positive, but you couldnât help but dwell on the fact that you would just be the outcast.
It was the week before the first day of school, when open house would be mandatory for a new comer like you. After receiving your class schedule from your homeroom teacher, you continued to walk around the campus to familiarize yourself with the new environment and your teachers before the start of your third year of high school.Â

đĄđđđŁđđđ :: jeno x reader đ€đŠđđ :: based on the poem from 10 things i hate about you if you havenât watched it fo yourself a favor and go watch the movie bc itâs a m a z i n g. ty đšđ :: 15.5k this is the longest thing iâve ever written wow. đ/đ :: yâall jeno fits the concept to this p e r f e c t l y, and no i am not being biased :) and a massive massive thank you to @smoljhâ for helping me and giving me feedback, youâre the sweetest. and ofc to my soulmate girl yk i love you to the moon and back, and i hope you enjoy this piece @mangotextsâ ( truly the best hype woman anyone could ask for ).
everything in bold is part of the poem, from â10 things i hate about youâ
I hate the way you talk to me,
Sweetheart. love. angel. The words that spin from his mouth every time you hear him talk to you, made you aggravated. It was a constant stream of words that had begun as a prick of annoyance. Every time, he opened his mouth, looking at you with his dark brown eyes.Â
âEarth to y/nâ the snapping of fingers disrupts your train of thought, eyes glancing back to the dark-haired boy on the other side of the school grounds, before landing back on your friend.Â
âWhat?â the words slip from your mouth with disinterest, a lack of concern for whatever your friend had been rambling on about for the past five minutes. The small amount of conversation youâd registered was sheâd been talking about a party that johnny suh, school alumni, and constant talk around school grounds were throwing as a âwelcome to the end of high schoolâ. Though as parties went, you were almost sure that it would encompass school graduates, seniors, and the occasional sophomores and freshmen that would manage to sneak their way in, eyes glittering with excitement as they entered their first high school party.Â
âAre you coming?â her words were drawn out as if sheâd ask you five times before, she might have, and it was only now that you had finally heard the question. The question slightly baffles you, because everyone in school knew you didnât go to parties since freshman year.Â
âUh, no. you know what i think of parties, theyâre a waste. An excuse for seniors to think theyâre above everyone else, as they tell off the younger students that theyâve deemed arenât âcoolâ or mature enough, while the freshman walks around with some sort of desperate hope in their eyes as if the world will drastically change if they show up at a senior party. Someone should tell themâ you say, looking past your friend whose excited smile has dimmed to a small frown, eyes slightly annoyed, something that doesnât surprise you at this point. It isnât a secret what you think of parties either, even if you are best friends with the queen of parties herself. You stop yourself before your eyes have a change of drifting to the brown-haired boy with a leather jacket that tends to sit by the foot of the football field, whom you canât seem to find, probably smoking the thought is bitter and places a scowl on your face before you look back at your friend, ânothing changesââ.
âJust once, one time is all i ask of youâ the pleas that come from your friend make you focus on her, her hair is loose ruffled by the light wind that has blown over the course of your conversation. Itâs almost enough for you to agree to go to the stupid party, when you see her glance towards mark lee, the boy sheâs been crushing on for as long as youâve known her. It hadnât surprised you, that sheâd fallen for him, when you saw him. The boy who made most girls swoon, but who had somehow managed to beat all the stereotypes of âhotâ because mark was also talented, more than youâd like to admit when it came to music, heâd helped you a couple of times when youâd been stuck on a composition, always a smile on his face. so when she glanced towards him, the glittering in her eyes and rose tainted cheeks as mark looked back, flashing a small smile, you couldnât help but give in.Â
âIâm going to regret this,â you say, the words a mix of a grunt and an exasperated sigh, but your friend is almost jumping up and down, giving you a quick hug and promising that you wouldnât regret it, not at all, youâd have the greatest time before she was turning around a skip in her step. A smile graces your face at your friendâs happiness, and it remains there unfaltering until you hear âhello loveâ
Brown hair made its way into your view, as jenoâs face presented itself in front of you, a cocky smile grazing his features that made your smile falter and eventually turn into a scowl.
âWhatâ the word isnât a question, more like a complaint as you try to turn around and head in the opposite direction, away from jeno and his sweet words. But his voice trails behind you only a couple of steps away before heâs next to you leather jacket glaring against the end of the summer sun, and you wonder only for a second how he isnât passing out from the heat.Â
âOh come on angel, a lil smile wouldnât kill youâ his words are filled with a tone you can only describe as intolerable, making you slightly gag.
âA smile wouldnât kill me, but i might kill youâ you smile at him, a grin adorning your features, âluvâ the words that left your mouth are meant to push jeno away and have him leave you alone, but the boy is persistent and though his smirk falters slightly at the glare you give him, the grin is up and running again as he stops in front of you.Â
âAnd then who would you have to glare and fight with luv?â the moment the words leave his mouth he turns away, proud of his line. The dumbass, you think, insults quickly forming in your head and ready to be thrown out towards him but your phone pings, and you thumb it open. The message âsee you at the party angelâ makes your blood boil slightly, but you canât hide the way your cheeks slightly turn red and the smile that slowly grazes your face before you make a vulgar gesture to the sweet mouthed boy, and turn away.
As much as you hated to admit, you looked forward to the party only just slightly more than you did five minutes ago, the small nicknames swarming around your head.Â
