When you first met Richarlison, he was shy, but once you got to know him, he was a bundle of joy.

Whenever you called him "darling" "love" or any nickname, he would always get so flustered with you.

Also you absolutely fell in love with his voice, the way he spoke Portuguese to you.

Then the same with you, when he would call you "amor" "baby" "princesa" you would always get so nervous.

Then the same for Richarlison he fell in love with your voice when you spoke Spanish to him.

You would always speak Spanish to him and he would speak Portuguese to you since they were so similar. Also you knew he wasn't the best at English.

His weakness would probably be your kisses. His knees would always go so weak.

Richarlison would always wake up early so he just admire you until you woke up

One thing he noticed about you is that you always get nervous under his gaze

"Amor look at me" Richarlison said while chuckling

When he said that you still didn't look at him, so he grabbed your chin and made you look at him.

Once you looked at his light brown eyes, you face turned red

The way he looked at you just made you nervous, especially when he's taller than you and he had to look down at you.

He loved when you went to his practices and game cause he would always try his hardest for you.

Every time he scored he would make a heart with his hands and point at you.

Richarlison was very observant and he noticed any little thing, if you were quiet he would notice and if you didn't want to eat he would notice.

"Hey are you okay princesa?, you've hadn't even talked the whole gathering, you looked tense. Do you wanna go home right now Princesa?"

When Richarlison had to leave early in the morning for practice, you didn't want him to leave and he did didn't want to leave you either.

"Please stay with me, I don't want you to go to practice, it's to early love."

"Amor I gotta go or else Neymar will kill me again" Richarlison said laughing

"How about when I get home, I'll spoil you with all my love, does that sound good?"

Richarlison really loved that you were so supportive of him and always respected his choices and himself

When he would be stressing and get overwhelmed with people and start tearing up, you would always sit in his lap, facing him and wipe every single tear that fell on his cheek.

When you guys first went into the relationship, he was always so kind to you because he knew about past relationship and you did the same for him.

Whenever you guys were alone, you guys would dance with eachother and hold eachother and be in eachothers presence.

Richarlison is a interesting person, he would do the most funniest and dumbest things. Like for example he would do his pigeon dance.

After the a hard game for Richarlison, you would always cook his favorite foods. Then lay in bed with eachother and you giving him massages.

When you have a cold, you didn't want Richarlison to take care of you, you knew Richarlison already had alot on his plate but no, he's stubborn and still helps you.

The bathroom door slammed shut with a force that shook the door frame. You locked it without thinking, your fingers trembling as you slid down on the cold tile floor. Your heart was pounding in your chest as your breaths came in short gasps. You were fighting to keep yourself together, but there was no use. The tears spilled down your cheeks in thick, angry streams as you pressed a hand to your mouth to stifle your sobs behind the closed door that separated you from Trent. He had no idea why you were falling apart. 

Your stomach twisted from the nausea that had been gnawing at you for days, holding a secret that was too heavy for you to handle alone. You had a realization that things may never change, no matter how many times you tried to convince yourself that you and Trent were just going through a rough patch. He didn’t see you anymore..at least not in the way he used to.

You tried to breathe through your tears, wiping your face. Constant fatigue, nausea, and the feeling of being alone made you feel like an anchor was weighing you down. Like you were being pulled under. You wanted to tell him so badly, but you also hoped that he would notice the changes himself. You prayed he would ask you why you were so tired and distant, but he never did.

You were pregnant, and the father of your child was completely oblivious–too caught up in his own damn world to notice yours had been permanently turned upside down.

“Y/N!” Trent’s voice came in from the other side of the door, riddled with concern. “Open the door please. We need to talk.”

Your chest tightened at the sound of his voice but you couldn’t bring yourself to answer him. You were too tired..too broken. You grazed your hand over the barely there bump that you hadn’t really had time to process just yet. It was so early, but it felt like the secret had been eating you alive for months. 

“Y/N…” Trent called again softly, like he was trying not to scare you. “Please talk to me baby..what’s wrong? Tell me.”

A bitter laugh escaped your lips. Talk. All he ever wanted to talk about these days was everything and everyone, besides the two of you. 

Besides you. 

You pulled your knees up to your chest, resting your forehead against them as tears continued to stream down your face. The weight of everything was pressing down on you and it felt like you were suffocating. You wanted to open the door and let him in, but at the same time you didn't know how to face him. How were you supposed to tell him you were pregnant with his child when he couldn’t even notice you were falling apart? 

“I’m not leaving until you talk to me Y/N..” he sighed, his voice closer now as if he was pressing his forehead against the door trying to reach you through it. “Please baby..I hate seeing you like this.” You took a deep shaky breath, feeling your throat and face burn from sobbing so much. “Why?” you choked out. “Why do you care all of a sudden?”

There was a long pause at first, and then you heard him exhale like he had been punched in the gut. “What?? I do care. I love you Y/N…” The words hung between you like a lifeline, but you were too afraid to reach for it.

That’s what he was saying but was that really what this was? How could he say he loves you when he didn’t even notice your world was crumbling? How could he say that when you spent the last couple of weeks terrified, without him asking you what’s wrong?

“You don’t see me anymore Trent” you whispered in a trembling voice. “I’m always here and you don’t even see me. It’s like I’m a ghost to you.” The silence was deafening. He was standing on the other side of the door, trying to make sense of what you just said to him. “But I do see you baby..” he said finally, voice thick with confusion and guilt. “I just..I’ve been distracted I guess. With footie and everything. It’s hard to balance all this.”

That word felt like a slap in the face to you.

“Have you noticed how long it’s been since you asked me how I’m doing??” you asked, the words spilling out of your mouth as you continued to cry. “You haven’t even noticed something is wrong with me…” Trent went quiet again before speaking. “I didn’t know,” he said in a strained voice. “I thought…” You cut him off, feeling your anger bubble up to the surface. “You didn’t know because you didn’t care enough to fucking find out! I’ve been tired, throwing up, and you just…you didn’t notice at all. You never fucking notice.” There was another pause, this time longer and heavier. 

His voice was laced with confusion. “What are you talking about Y/N? Are you okay?” Your stomach twisted up as you felt a wave of nausea flare up again. Your hand instinctively went to your stomach to try and steady yourself. You knew you needed to tell him.. he deserved to know. But how were you supposed to trust him to be there if he was barely there now? You took a deep breath, wiping the tears from your face as you began to speak. “I’m pregnant, Trent.”

Your heart pounded in your chest waiting for his response. The only thing you could hear for a while was the sound of your breathing and the thud of your heartbeat through your ears. Finally, you heard him shift on the other side of the door. “You’re pregnant??” he repeated, his voice sounded like he was struggling to comprehend the words you had just told him. You nodded, even though he couldn't see you. “I found out a couple of weeks ago when you were out of town..I’ve been so scared.”

He exhaled and you could hear the guilt in his breath. “Y/N..I didn’t know. Why didn’t you tell me sooner?” Your tears slowed but the ache you felt in your chest was still so unbearable. “I didn’t know how. You’re so focused on everything else..I really didn’t think it would make that much of a difference.”

“I should've been there for you..really been there. I didn’t know baby. I’m sorry.” You let his apology wash over you. Those were the words you were waiting to hear for a long time, but now that you did, the words didn’t feel as comforting as you thought they would. Words and apologies didn’t hold much weight anymore. Trent needed to show action. 

“I–ugh. Fuck. I just don’t know if things will change.” you said in a trembling voice. “I can’t keep fucking feeling like this. I love you, I really do. But it doesn't feel like you love me anymore. You don’t show it.” You were terrified of what he might say, terrified that he may agree with you. When he finally spoke, his voice was desperate. “Y/N. What the hell? I do love you. I love you so much. I know I messed up..I haven’t been here. But I’m here now. I wanna fix this. I wanna be there for you and our baby. Please…just let me in.”

Your heart ached at the weight of his words as you bit your lip. You wanted to believe things would change and he would be there for you this time, but you had been down this road before plenty of times. And every time, it felt like you were the only one who was really trying.

But you loved him. 

And despite everything, the love was still there, flickering in the darkness like a weak flame. 

You pushed yourself up from the floor as you made your way to unlock the door. The click echoed through the bathroom walls as you took a deep breath before opening it. Trent was standing there, his face filled with anguish. “I’m so sorry baby.” he whispered as he stood closer to you, his hands reaching for yours. “I’m sorry I wasn’t there but I’m here now. I swear I’ll do better.”

“I don’t know if I can trust that Trent,” you whispered in a barely audible voice. “I’m scared I’ll keep waiting for you..and you’ll slip away.” He gripped your hands tightly as if he was afraid to let you go, as if you would vanish entirely if he did. “I’ve been selfish, I’ll admit that. I let you down Y/N. But I swear I’ll do whatever it takes. I can’t lose you, not now, not ever.” You searched his face, looking for a trace of the man you missed–the one that was always present, so loving, and attentive. You knew there were glimpses of him still buried under the exterior he built, but was that enough to believe the old him would come back to you?

“I’ve been doing this alone for so long Trent” you said, your voice trembling. “I didn’t think you’d care.”

“I care, baby.” he said, his voice starting to break. “ I’m sorry I made you feel like that. I can’t take it back, but I’m here. For you. For our baby.”

His hand gently moved  to your stomach, your breath catching. This was the first time he touched you since you told him you were pregnant, the first time he acknowledged there was a little life growing inside of you. His fingers were warm against your soft skin, trembling slightly as he rested them on your belly. You took a deep breath, placing your hand over his. For a moment, you both just stood there, the silence was still heavy but it wasn’t unbearable. You wanted to believe that he’d be the man you needed, and the father your child deserved.

But there was still so much uncertainty. 

So much fear.

“I’m really scared...” you admitted. He pulled you closer to him as his arms wrapped around you tightly. “I’m scared too,” he whispered. “I’ll fight for you though. I can’t promise I’ll be perfect but I’m gonna try.. every day.” You closed your eyes, leaning into him as you let the weight of his words settle. 

It wasn’t a guarantee. It wasn’t a promise of ‘happily ever after’. But it was something. It was a start.

For now, that was all you could ask for.

You pulled back slightly with your eyes meeting his, “Okay..we’ll try again” you whispered.

Trent relaxed his shoulders, his grip on you loosening enough to pull you into a kiss that was so gentle, like he was afraid to push too hard. You let yourself melt into the kiss, believing that maybe things would get better. 

Not perfect. But better.

You imagined a future where he was by your side not just in words, but in action. 

It was enough..

“Sometimes you gotta pop out and show 🫢” Tatum Alexander Arnold spotted at the Monaco Grand Prix. Sources say she was in the Ferrari garage while her big brother, Trent, was at Alpine - which he has ownership in. Tatum has been keeping it lowkey these days but…it’s 7pm Friday it’s 95 degrees! We need to see her pop off!

“Is your sister dating someone?” Jude asked Trent. Jude was shamelessly trying to find out what you’ve been up to. Last time he saw you, he realized that you were into him and even though he was kind of dating someone, he liked you too.

“I dunno. Haven’t talked to her in a while.” Trent shrugged and took a few seconds to think over that very specific question from his friend. The two of them were sitting outside after a long day of media obligations for the Euros. Jude was quiet up until that question. Trent was thoroughly enjoying his peace but he couldn’t help but notice that Jude’s face was so close to his phone as if he was studying whatever was on the screen.

“I thought she’s in school.” Jude played nonchalant even though he absolutely cared.

“She is but why do you ask?” Trent narrowed his eyes at the younger man. Jude placed his phone on the table and slid it over to his best friend to have a look at what was being reported.

Tatum Alexander Arnold is in the streets y’all! Little miss lowkey has been spotted by fans leaving dinner with Formula One driver, Charles Leclerc. If you don’t know, he drives for Scuderia Ferrari and recently signed a multi million contract for another two years with the most iconic team in the racing world. Tatum is in college studying Art History and apparently Tatum spent three months in Monaco working and interning at a local museum where Charles lives during the off season. “Yeahhhh…” Trent strung the answer out and waited for Jude to elaborate on his questions but didn’t, so Trent let it go.

Jude didn’t let it go. He stayed up all night, scouring your instagram trying to find out who and what you were doing. Now that you didn’t want him, he wanted you. He remembered that kiss the two of you shared on the last holiday when you two were drunk on a balcony while the rest of the house, including the girl he brought with him, were fast asleep. After that kiss, you went radio silent. He couldn’t help but be intrigued by your certain reappearance on social media. When you left to study abroad it seemed like you left the old you behind because as Jude studied your Instagram, it was clear that you were not the same girl from before. You were a woman.

As Jude laid in bed doom-scrolling through your social media and the gossip pages, he couldn’t fight the urge to click on your profile photo that indicated you had posted a story. His finger hovered and then he finally clicked on it and immediately wished he didn’t. It hurt to see you happy. He thought that kiss would keep you close, would keep you chasing him but as he held his finger down on the photo of Charles, that clearly wasn’t the case. If he didn’t let his feelings be known on the upcoming trip, regardless of your relationship status, he would regret it.

This man is expensive—literally, and well, figuratively. He lives beyond comfortable, and has everything on the tips of his fingertips, including: you!

He does not like seeing you work! He will be the first to admit it! Call it his ego or whatever, but he feels as though you don’t gotta do it, you know? He doesn’t mind seeing you work, but Kylian has got probably enough money to propel you into early retirement—and he would do so happily.

Sometimes he sees you working after a long day, eyes heavy and shoulders slump, and his gentle voice, coaxing you to strip bare of your profession, would always begin.

He genuinely stresses seeing you so stressed out! You’re his baby, and he has to take care of you! But he won’t really force it upon you—while he doesn’t see the rationale behind you having to work when you have him, he understands the mindset of having to stand alone.

And he understands you. (As long as you understand that he is there for you too ♡ )

Kylian wants to get married. There are footballers who prefer not marrying— hell, there are people who prefer not marrying. But him? Nah.

he’s SO affectionate. 

like, no… literally. he won’t let you go from his embrace once he made it home, constantly rubbing his face on your neck and telling you how much he missed you while you stand there, smiling like an idiot because you have a golden retriever for a boyfriend. 

he also gives you tons of butterfly kisses, bending over and staying there for so long, enjoying the smell of your hair or how much you squeeze his waist while hugging each other.

he also loves when your nose does that little wrinkle thing every time you’re excited about something, or just enjoying a meal. 

you’re just the most endearing person he has ever met. 

but personality wise? you’re so compatible.

you’re nice, kind and patient. you’re always trying your best and he knows you care so much about others, even if you don’t show it as much. 

to him you’re the purest soul and he wants to protect you, because you’re his sunshine.

cuddles? HE LOVES THEM. even though it doesn’t seem like it.

did we mentioned the fact that he crushes you under his weight? but not in a bad way, it’s so comfortable. you feel safe and so so so warm. 

you’re a pillow for a few hours, and you’re so okay with it. 

it’s the same the other way around. even when you’re having the slightest inconvenience, you go to your boyfriend for some cuddles. he lets you sleep on top of him, arms and legs wrapped around his torso. it’s very funny to see. 

when that doesn’t work (which it’s a rare thing) he gives you space, always making sure that you have snacks or a quiet room to be at when you’re feeling overwhelmed.

does he want to settle down? he can’t wait to actually have you with him 24/7. he loves your presence, even when you’re in separate rooms. 

he’s a very good companion, and when you weren’t living together but just staying at each other’s places, he was such an organized person… most of the time.

anyways, he’s always thinking about how the future it’s going to be like.

in return, he knows how much you do for him. 

not only while emotionally supporting him through the stress and pressure he feels sometimes, but also at home, when he’s tired from a match and you make him an special meal. 

he’s so grateful for you in general. you’re an angel to him.

so sometimes he hid his injuries from you, and when you found out, you got so mad. he never did it again.

six months into the relationship and you both knew you loved each other. 

he said it first, since he couldn’t keep acting like he wasn’t aware of the word almost slipping out of his mouth every day. 

you said it back instantly. 

you both changed each other for the better. you taught him to be more open, less serious. but just because you knew he’s the most interesting person ever and the rest of the world deserved to know him. 

he helped you to overcome your shyness and to make new friends, to get out of your comfort zone. 

you’re always trying new things (food, vacation destinies, shows, hobbies) it’s so so so fun to start new projects with him. 

the latest one is a bookclub (it’s just the two of you). 

and yes, every time you’re feeling some type of way or having doubts, you talk to each other. you always find a way to get through it.

he’s not a jealous guy in general; he knows you love him, and he loves you. 

but sometimes he just can’t stand when other people can’t dissimulate the stares when you’re with him at some event. 

like yes. he gets it. you look stunning and you’re the most beautiful woman in every room, but damn. 

he just takes a deep breath and tries to think about you and not all the people that wants to be on his place. 

but he also keeps a hand on your lower back, staring back with an arched eyebrow to the guys that look at you for too long. his serious face it’s very scary.

he’s so hot when he’s leaning over you to kiss you and whisper sweet nothings in the middle of a crowded room, just to show you’re his and he’s yours.

the first kiss was so so so wonderful. you were so nervous but he’s such a great kisser. it was like floating. you’d never stopped feeling like floating whenever he kisses you.

all his teammates couldn’t stop giggling and whispering every time you’d come visit as a friend first, knowing he had the biggest crush on you. 

once he made it and got to be alone with you, he didn’t hesitate, he asked you out. 

it was such an amazing time. he was the most caring person you’d ever met, and you couldn’t believe it was your reality

he hasn’t changed one bit since the first time he took you out. 

he always remembers. he’s always looking forward to your next date or little getaway.

when he isn’t making you feel loved, giving you hugs, kisses or quality time, he’s showering you with little gifts that remind him of you.

it’s even worse when you’re with him at events. he’s all over you, kissing your neck and dragging his hands on your back, whispering things and chatting with you so closely that people look away, like they’re spying on you two. 

he’s never shy when it comes to showing love to you.

goes both ways. you’re always giving him little gifts that remind him of you, or even better, his time as a youngster. you love to tease him about the flow kings.

he’s romantic-romantic. it’s just that people can’t imagine it. 

he’s always taking you out on romantic dinners, bringing you flowers or organizing little trips to your hometown or norway to spend some alone time where no one can find you. 

you’re the happiest when you’re on those trips; it brings you such calm that you feel like a new person once you’re back at manchester. 

he’s a very good mixture of cliché and creative. and you love it! he always gives it his own little twist to the most cliché things. like personalizing the color of the flowers he gives you by checking which heart emoji you used to most that day.

pure love. 

your most treasured memory from the relationship is the moment you first attended a city game as his girlfriend. you got to experience it with him from the moment he arrived to the first goal of the night. you lost your voice that night, but it was worth it. never in your life you’ll forget how excited he was once you reunited, how much he kissed you and let you hold his hattrick football to take a silly picture. at that moment you knew it was forever.

oh, erling is protective.

like no fooling around. he’s going to protect you no matter what. 

when you’re out in public, he makes sure that no one, absolutely no one, gets on your personal space. 

and when it comes to your mental health, he does the most to protect you from mean comments on the internet. he doesn’t need you to pay attention to stupid people that don’t have a life. 

you love him for it, and you make sure he knows how important he is, despite how horrible the hate towards him gets.

 first of all, we know he’s a very neat guy that’ll help around the house as much as he can during the week. 

and as i mentioned, he puts so much of himself on your dates, anniversaries, and gifts that you don’t know how he’s this original.

everyone on twitter went crazy that time he made fans hold up signs that read “happy anniversary to my one and only” when he had to play that exact date.
