Instructions:

2. Run each ingredient through the incense smoke before putting it in the jar. While putting it in the jar, say aloud what the ingredient is being added for. Example: “Rosemary to promote a strong memory.”

3. Write a good luck sigil, a sigil for focus, and a sigil for good memory on to the bay leaves (one per leaf) before putting them in the jar. If you need to fold the leaves, fold them towards you and turn them to the right and fold towards you again. You want to attract luck and success towards you.

4. Drop 7 drops of peppermint oil in the jar.

5. Say this affirmation while holding your hands above the spell jar, channel your energy and intentions while you say it:
