There is so much emotion in The Emperor's expression, so much love and affection. In the last screenshot he looks genuinely timid from the fact that we're touching him ourselves.

Empy is touch starved.

god so I'm not the only one reading into his expressions like technically he can make u feel things telepathically or something but physically??? i don't think he can lie with his face like that like maybe mind flayers mostly assume that other races can't really read their facial expressions so they don't hide them as much god I hope so bg3 mind flayer
