I haven't really posted any art in a while but I really liked this one soooo here it is!

Bit of a new oc, he doesn't have a name yet
(don't mind the fact that the username is wrong, I drew this for insta lol)
Close-up and extras

My headcanon for Kasanoda is that he starts a flower shop and tells his family it's a front for their gang but actually it's just a normal flower shop. He pretends he's money laundering but actually he's just tending plants all day
love myself a cockroach of a character. i look at them and go ”how is that fucker not dead? they should be dead. they should be dead ten times over. how are they not?” and 90% of the time the answer is a combo of sheer stubborness and homosexuality
consider: teenagers aren’t apathetic about everything they’re just used to you shitting all over whatever they show excitement about

Threw this together in like, three minutes for a conversation with my dad and figured I'd post it
so far I have plants named Henry, Liam, and Lia
Now I just need two more to name Jake and Drew and I'll have them all
Once I fake dated my friend and literally all that changed was we said hi to eachother in the halls at school more and we told people we were dating. We held hands one time. That was the most coupley-romantic thing we ever did in the whole, like, 3 months we pretended to date.
“oh no we need to practice for our fake dating” is the funniest trope to me cause like. there are so many people who force themselves into a shitty relationship they hate just because of amatonormatiivity that it’s an ingrained part of popular culture to joke about hating your partner.
which is to say, oh my god you dont need to hold hands and go on fake dates, you don’t even need to agree on a single detail of your cover story beforehand. you can literally stand 6 feet apart at all times and look profoundly uncomfortable and all anyone will think is “yikes™. not my problem”

It’s like this

I have horrible intrusive thoughts and they, y'know, really effect me, but recently I've started responding to them with something like "wow, yeah, that would be crazy" and it genuinely works so well?? Like, treating them like a child telling me a hypothetical they just thought up is genuinely doing wonders in making dealing with them easier.
OK correct me if I'm wrong, but I feel like the main 'yin/yang' parallel with Atsushi and Akutagawa is not something like 'this one is bad but secretly has a good side and this one is good but secretly has a bad side'.
I feel like it's more about 'who they are at their core vs who they choose to be'.
At his core Akutagawa is kind and at his core Atsushi is not. But despite this Atsushi tries every day to make the kinder choices and I love him so much for it. He has to work so hard to be good.
He wants to be a bitch SO bad I know he does but he tries his best to help people and be nice (sometimes he fails but that's OK <3)
Atsushi doesn't always WANT to help people, a lot of the time he's selfish and scared, but he does help people anyway. He keeps helping people over and over again. There's still some selfish motivation to it, and his initial motivation for helping people was because the headmaster told him that's all he was worth, but overall he does care about the people he helps and it weighs on him if he fails to save them. And of course, as the series goes on he starts helping people more because he can rather than because he feels like he needs to.
In Akutagawa's case, he's still capable of being kind but his environment led him into being someone who chooses to hurt people. But he's always been a protector at heart. In the start he was bad compared to Atsushi because he was choosing to hurt people and keep the cycle of abuse going. Just like how Atsushi developed in why he saved people, Akutagawa starts to get redeemed when he chooses to not just act on his rage. Not only does he start to spare people, but he speaks more kindly to them (apologising to Higuchi and telling Kyouka he's proud of her). It all culminates into the moment he chooses to help Atsushi and sacrifice himself for him, going back to his core value of being a protector. Even when he's finally revived, he keeps this role in his new position as Aya's Knight.
I kind of see the streaks of white in Akutagawa and the streaks of black in Atsushi not as their 'hidden sides' but as their fundamental selfs. That's who they are at their core, and their main colours (black for Akutagawa and white for Atsushi) are how they're presented to everyone else and how they try to have people see them as.
questions to ask prospective presidential candidates:
what are your stances on cross-continental horse races
how far are you willing to go to find the dismembered corpse parts of jesus christ in the name of national defense
do you do dirty deeds done dirt cheap or merely filthy acts at a reasonable price
theyre like if we mixed yaoi and yuri together to make a fucked up couple where thw guy and the girl date

Trans Dipper HC: Their parents are transphobic but Dipper was introducing himself as a boy from the start and Stan never even thought to question it, so when their parents called asking about their "daughters" he was like "SHIT DID I ALREADY LOSE ONE"

Please make art. You don't have to bare your soul or make a masterpiece, you can be silly and you can be derivative if you want. You don't even have to show it to anyone. Just please make something, it's so good for you
I just know Kunikida was that strict teacher that would fight like hell for his students. Like everyone else has given up on you but I won’t.
Pushes you to meet your potential because he knows you can do it. Runs catch up sessions and sits down with you and figures out how to help you.
No kid ever failed his classes.
Kunikida keeping snacks at his desks and as long as you clean up your mess you can eat. Because he knows some of these kids have come in hungry.
He actually doesn’t tolerate bullying. You fuck around in Mr Kunikida’s class and you will sure find out.
And overall was very protective over his students. When they reported something to him, be it a bully, troubles at home, mental health problems Kunikida would listen to them.
He did as much as he could and often wished he could do more. And they appreciated that, so much.
Does anybody in the Obey Me! cast know that MC's phone is special and can basically see other people's text chains at random? Would anyone ever pick up on this?
Imagine hanging out with Beelzebub when Belphegor starts messaging him. Your phone, wholly unrelated to their chat in any way, starts dinging every single time Belphegor sends a message. It buzzes at the exact same time as Beelzebub's phone. Maybe he'll laugh it off as coincidence at first, but in time of course he'll get suspicious.
Imagine chilling with Leviathan when your phone starts blowing up with notifications because Mammon and Satan are having an argument. Leviathan becomes envious. You must be so popular, you must have so many people vying for your attention. He starts getting upset.
You try to tell him the messages aren't important (they're not even for you!), but you can't exactly admit that your phone is constantly spying on the conversations between him and his brothers. How you watched him teach Diavolo how to play Mononoke Land in real time.
Does this system only work with people you know? With the people currently registered as contacts in your D.D.D.? Do you ever see the random thirst messages people DM Asmodeus? Do you ever see Mephistopheles message private matters to his family? How often are surprises ruined due to this? How difficult is it to watch Simeon repeatedly message Solomon with questions he clearly intended to text Lucifer? Can you keep your mouth shut when two people are privately discussing juicy gossip that's too good to ignore?
