i have a bad/dumb idea for a beholder-kin (although it may already exist),,,

well.. Beholders, as we all know, can incidentally warp reality when they dream, Watchers are a form of weak beholder-kin 'born' when a beholder dreams obsessively about humanoids.

Watchers are small and weak beholder-kin with a roughly humanoid appearance, created from a beholder's dreams of humanoids. They're roughly around 5ft tall, and are far less narcissistic than true Beholders. 3 eye-stalks protrude from their back, the singular eye on a Watcher's face can (with a full action, but only for a ***VERY*** small amount of time) block magic. They're still not social, but are FAR more willing to work with others than a true Beholder. Maybe @ 5th level they can float, or maybe a feat...

How do they survive their 'parent'? Either by fleeing with a great hurry, or by pleading with a monumental amount of self-deprecation.

The Pallid Owls

In the grim darkness of the 41st millennium, the Pallid Owls stand as a clandestine and enigmatic Space Marine Chapter. Led by their enigmatic Chapter Master, Otwin the Dusk Reaver, the Pallid Owls operate with precision and stealth. They’ve honed their skills as masters of covert warfare and assassination, employing their dark heritage to strike fear into the hearts of their enemies. Though born from darkness, the Pallid Owls walk a fine line between the light and the shadows, utilizing their grim tactics for the defense of humanity.

Clad in pale, ghostly armor adorned with owl iconography, the Pallid Owls strike from the darkness, swiftly eliminating high-value targets and disrupting enemy operations. Their arsenal includes specialized weaponry tailored for silent kills and swift, precise strikes. They are adept at infiltrating enemy lines, silently neutralizing threats, and disappearing without a trace.

However, the Pallid Owls' methods and dark reputation have earned them the scrutiny of their fellow Space Marine Chapters and Imperial authorities. Though they remain loyal to the Emperor and the Imperium, their mysterious and ruthless nature often leaves others wary of their motives. Nevertheless, the Pallid Owls remain steadfast in their pursuit of redemption, seeking to restore honor to their name and prove their unwavering loyalty to the cause of humanity.

As they traverse the treacherous path of atonement, the Pallid Owls walk with both a sense of duty and the weight of their dark history. Theirs is a constant struggle to balance the shadows that birthed them with the light they now serve. Only time will tell if their deeds will be enough to cleanse the stain of their traitorous origins and secure their place among the honored defenders of the Imperium.

Marinette: tone down her obsessive tendencies, and give her a costume that reflects her Chinese heritage, she seems rather proud of it

Adrien: Give this boy some brain wrinkles!also add some elements of stereotypical punkish leather jacket to his costume, because being chatnoir (for him at least) is an act of rebellion

Gabriel/Hawkmoth: Make it 92.4% more obvious that his grief is at the wheel when he’s hawkmoth with scenarios like of lucidity like in “Gorizilla“
