@rux363 I hope you enjoy your gift for the @heishinevents whilst looking at your request all I thought about was Miraculous Lasybug for some reason so here is an au with my version of the umbrella scene. I can’t draw a side profile to save my life, so I might wanna reword on this someday XD
Miraculous Ladybug AU where, like in the deleted scene from the movie, Marinette only recently moved to Paris from China so she barely speaks any French. And all of Paris thinks Ladybug is this cold, calculating, silent badass cause she never speaks in interviews, leaving Chat Noir to do enough talking for both of them.
Until one day, Chat Noir is all like "My dear, dear, lady. We have been working together for so long, and I've come to believe we are close. But you never talk to me. You never respond to my jokes. You never consider my flirts. You never fill me in on your plans. Did I do something to upset you? Please, if so, let me atone. Let us be friends and partners, M'lady" And Ladybug just looks at him for a while before saying, in very broken French. "My... French... very bad..." and Chat Noir has to reconsider everything he thought he knew about Ladybug. Then they both realize they speak Mandarin Chinese and just start blabbering on and on to each other during fights and patrols.
Which then gives Adrien the idea to approach the weirdly quiet girl in his class to see if she maybe also doesn't know French. Blah blah, Adrien and Mari talk all the time and Marinette gets better at French cause of him.

a/n: highly indulgent fic. i realized that adrien and jungkook have a lot in common, and god damn it, if i didn’t write it, who would? 🐞
Let’s get two things straight: one, you didn’t ask to be one of Paris’ only hopes against evil butterflies possessing everyday people, turning them into mind-controlled villains that want to kill you for a power you did not want nor ask to have. And two, you didn’t ask for Paris’ other only hope to be monumentally bad at making puns.
“We really are in a pickle, right, my lady?” Chat Noir manages to ask you, dodging out of the way seconds before a weaponized cucumber could stab him in the abdomen.
You’d roll your eyes right out of your head if you didn’t need them to guide you across the rooftops of the city in one piece, “Could you maybe focus that energy you spend on making jokes to stop said pickles?”

AU where all miraculous holders attracts the animal they represent. Marinette attracts ladybugs, Adrien attracts cats, Chloe attracts bees, Alya attracts foxes, Nino attracts turtles, Gabriel attracts moths. The list goes on with the other holders.
I love the mental image of Nino slowly being followed by a bunch of turtles

Kagami is Marinette’s rival because Kagami’s family is very well known for being excellent chocolatiers. The two families have rival businesses

Lisp Kagami AU
Everything is the same, except:
Kagami was born with a lisp
Her mother tried to get it fixed, but Kagami just couldn't get the hang of it.
Eventually, Tomoe decided that it didn't really matter, and decided to live with it( and if she's being honest, she thinks it's adorable)
Kagami is super shy about it.
Marinette, Adrien, and Luka agree that it is very cute
And for my Stammering Adrien AU:
Kagami used to have a lisp.
She learned to stop some time in grade school
After learning to loosen up, Tomoe realizes that she misses it, and remembers how cute it was when Kagami would ask for "thnackth" for her "Printheth tea party."
Tomoe now has a tendency to bring it up when Kagami has friends over, much to Kagami's embarrassment.

Anyone ever read a story where I think lila shows up the same time as alya during origins or something and actually becomes the holder of the fox miraculous. I think in it it's explained that her hairstyle is really modelled after that one ancient fox holder and it's really popular in italy.

I remember lila mentioned pranking her mom into thinking she had the fox miraculous before she actually got one.....I think.....also lila was able to deduce that marinette was atleast partially Italian because of something while In costume. I wanna say lila acted serious about identies and stuff.

Marinette: tone down her obsessive tendencies, and give her a costume that reflects her Chinese heritage, she seems rather proud of it
Adrien: Give this boy some brain wrinkles!also add some elements of stereotypical punkish leather jacket to his costume, because being chatnoir (for him at least) is an act of rebellion
Gabriel/Hawkmoth: Make it 92.4% more obvious that his grief is at the wheel when he’s hawkmoth with scenarios like of lucidity like in “Gorizilla“

Lila: I would have volpina be a real miraculous holder, but has it taken away by master fu
Nino: he’s fine
Kagami: Well, i’ve got a headcanon that canon!Kagami is on the spectrum. so that, also have her costume have elements of tokusatsu heroes!
