OH HELL NAH. I'VE HEARD HORROR STORIES ABOUT YOU. EVERYONE STRUGGLED WITH YOU. I BARELY PASSED THE PREVIOUS LESSONS, AIN'T NO WAY I'M PASSING THIS ONE-

Ayo nvm I'm making this one out alive.
I've been seeing a lot of people requesting for the ability to transfer their cards from og OM over to Nightbringer. I don't quite understand how that would benefit Nightbringer gameplay since the two games are separate and probably won't operate via the same means (original - dance battles, nightbringer - rhythm game?). Both require cards, but Nightbringer cards will be unique to Nightbringer. The way the cards are desgined in the original benefit the dance battle function and have boosts that assist with it. Nightbringer will most likely use rhythm games (I don't know what to call it π) in place of that. Nightbringer cards will be designed to benefit that function and have boosts to assist that.
I probably made no sense at all, so let me give you an example:
There is the special skill "Speed Down" in the original which slows down the skill meter of an opponent (the bar thingy beneath the sprite that charges up to their skill). Nightbringer uses rhythm games, so this skill is useless.
With regards to shared events (announced in the AMA), I am fairly certain that the cards will be the same, but stats, skills and features will be altered for each game's playstyle. I also don't think that obtaining a card in the one game automatically means you obtain it in the other :') But hey, having one copy is better than having none.
Well, anyways, there are my thoughts. What do you guys think? Are you excited for Nightbringer and are you okay with the effects it has on the original? I personally am very hyped for it, and I'm okay with the changes made. I'm a veteran player, and the advancement Nightbringer brings to the Obey Me! series is one I'm looking forward to. Anyways, I'll see you guys in the next post or in Nightbringer!
(also I started speed-running the main story in OM and I've upped my lesson from 21 to 26. Aiming to reach 33 today πΊπ)
Wait, so... therapeutic cloning has been successful? THEY SUCCESSFULLY CLONED THE BLOOD-FORMING SYSTEM IN MULTIPLE MICE?
An otome game but every character is drawn in a different artstyle that represents how they are at surface level. As the story progresses and their backstory is revealed, their artstyle becomes more misshapen and closer to a rough sketch or scribble to represent their inner struggles. As the game concludes and things start turning out okay, their artstyle turns into one somewhere in between their original artstyle and their misshapen one to represent how the character truly is.

Ah yes, I love watching the borhters' shenanigans.
