Mermay #01 - Owlmer A little late in starting this... not super late, but later than I’d have liked. XP Welp, @niwawings15 gave a suggestion about an owlmer and after wondering about the legitimacy of a ‘mer’ that isn’t even partly humanoid, I kinda just went for it XD; Has to be one of the weirdest (and most likely biologically improbable) things I’ve drawn and posted publicly in a while XD;; And welp... I dunno if I’m gonna do the full 31 day Mermay run this year, but we’ll see what happens. Here’s the first. XP

Was reading back over old RPs the other day. I wonder what ever happened to these two.  Ollinder and Phyrne @kazeharuhime

@paigecofferillustration So @enjoliquej introduced me to this Draw This In Your Style challenge and she was right about one thing, this char is definitely my aesthetic. Kinda a scrubby paint thing I tried to neaten it up a bit, but it’s still pretty scrubby... Maybe I’ll come back to it later and touch it up again, I don’t know >.e I’m about ready to be done with it though. Probably ain’t gonna win any awards for this piece of work, but it was a really nice study in color theory and how these things worked together~ Twas fun!
