Honestly as a shijima mei fan I would really really like it if aidalro decided to take that path. Especially since our last interaction with her was years ago.

So, I haven’t read tbhk chapter 112 yet, but I HAVE seen some panels circulating on tumblr and I had a little thought…

Specifically after I saw this panel.

Is the revived mitsuba in this panel m1tsuba or m2tsuba?

Because if m1tsuba (yknow, the human) was alive and m2tsuba (the supernatural) never existed in this alternate reality…

How would kou react? And assuming that they return to the reality with m2tsuba, how would this affect the current mitsukou dynamic?

There’s been many mitsukou analyses on tumblr, so I won’t talk about it here, but this might bring their dynamic back to square one. And plenty of angst. It would be very interesting to see :D

Also, I refuse to believe that this is the end of tbhk.

Sumire and Hakubo: Sumire was raised to be a sacrifice for her town, and Hakubo was assigned to look after her and guard her until she was old enough. But because of how isolated she was she fell in love with him, and he unknowingly even to himself reciprocated, all while treating her coldly. Seeing her be sacrificed, Hakubo ends up massacring the village as they celebrate. After being sacrificed, she ends up in a loop of having to relive her death endlessly. In the present day, Hakubo ends up eating her alive in order to escape his attachment to her.
