How do you feel about Terra and Aqua’s relationship? Otp or Brotp? And just in general how do you feel about them two in whatever way you feel their relationship is?

OTP FOR SURE, sure, we haven't gone too much into their past, but I feel we have gotten enough in what we have seen. I'll say, these include my interpretation of things, so don't take it as canon (unless you wanna share mine in which I'm fine with)!

Let's see... In Birth By Sleep, Aqua becomes Keyblade Master before Terra, we know that. And I already rambled on how awful it must have been for him. I think it was just as awful for Aqua. She shared that dream with Terra, she wanted to obtain that dream with Terra. But fate (*cough* Xehanort *cough*) was cruel to them. And then it gets a but worse with Eraqus telling her to watch over Terra in case she falls to darkness, which I rambled already too on how Terra reacts to that. TLDR; not very good.

"But Thunder, Aqua believed Maleficent's words!" Yeah, and that upsets me too. But can I truly blame her? Not really. Maleficent probably saw the doubt and fear in Aqua's heart during that time and decided to be the evil fairy she is.

Oh boy, time to jump to the secret episode. The fight with Terranort and Aqua with my second favorite theme relating to Terra, Dismiss. Kingdom Heart's Duel of Fates. I'll ramble about the song too. The song is composed by mostly the theme Destati, which apparently is Italian for "Wake Up". It's like both the song AND Aqua want Terra to wake up from the darkness he is in. If this isn't love, then I got more examples. Also, the song includes a violin at that plays Terra's theme, and then later becomes Aqua's theme. I like to interpret this violin as Terra's cry of help, and then Aqua's response as a promise she will save him.

Oh boy, and then we get to the sacrifice. Yes, she should have thought twice on rescuing fudging Terranort and sending herself to the Realm of Darkness. But Terranort still has Terra inside. She sacrificed herself for Terra. That's why she fights on the RoD. For Terra, and for Ventus too.

Talking about that, there's a scene in Birth by Sleep 0.2 A Fragmentary Passage that just hits. I'll just let you watch it

That final part with Terra shouting "THAT'S ENOUGH!" and summoning the chains to envelop Xehanort, and free Aqua from this state (though she falls unconscious) will never stop hitting me so hard. You can see how much WILL Terra has to protect Aqua and Ven too of course.

Oh boy and now we get to KH III. Again, just watch the cutscene for me. My words won't make this scene justice.

"Terra... Is it you?"

"Yeah. You never stopped lighting my way back."

THIS SCENE, this scene is probably the scene that hits to me the most along with Roxas' return. This trio, mostly Aqua and Terra, have been fighting the darkness for so long, and they are finally together. Just look at how Terra says that line to Aqua, and how Aqua reacts too.

They are finally together. The darkness is no more...

Aqua would have been the spare source of light to clash with Vanitas’ pure darkness if Ven couldn’t survive.

Then I wanted to draw Vanitas-Aqua (and name her, because why not lol) because holy fuck.

To get kh3 sora just feed him a shit ton of ice cream and keep his hunger full

For ven keep his hunger full, no ice cream, and play only gummi ship (do the same thing but with coliseum or pink agaricus if you want terra and aqua)

One of my favourite things in KH2 is the fact that Riku held onto that stick Roxas accidentally hit him with like “that little fuck. I’m gonna get back at that shit AND I’m gonna take his fucking money I don’t give a fuck” and he just catapaults the stick at like 80 mph to make Roxas dive facefirst into the concrete and then steals $5000 from him like goddamn Riku what is your fucking damage
