So i just got into wtnv and everytime i get into something i look at it on tumblr , because i usually get the best art on here and oh boy! The fan art i see of how everybody interprets cecil is so cool!!! Ive seen him as a purple cloud monster, ive seen him represented by just the eye and it makes him look like an ominous looming god, some one made his head a bunch of speech bubbles with an eye (that one i so cool), and i love all the outfits ive seen!
