Summary:

Joe had been undercover for the last six months posing as a member of Al-Qaeda when he encounters two major problems: 1) the US military has surveillance in the area and 2) his fellow terrorists having been kidnapping young women and children for the purposes of sex-trafficking.

As the rest of Joe’s team arrives to assist in the take-down, they are discovered by the elite Bravo team.

When I Started: December 7, 2020

How I Lost My Shit: I got distracted by the SEAL Team Week prompts in January and then FebuWhump 2021, and then never looked back. I knew this was going to be a more involved work than some of my other fics (I normally write short fics) and I think that intimidated me away from it.

How I Finished My Shit: A fellow author and friend told me about this great event (the WIP Big Bang) and I knew it would be a big push to help me finish this. And it worked - although I still procrastinated right to the end!
