She seems to silently analysing Sibyl at the moment.

Sibyl felt a new presence. one that wasn't sinister... but intimidating. she was used to seeing the odd ghost or celestial manifestation but this is the first time she felt in the presence of someone with godly power. (like Bill.)

TV is a machine that isn’t from the UTMV multiverse [his place of origin has been torn off from my notes.], but currently resides in it alongside Virux. Although, for a long period of time, he didn’t know where he came from or even who he was. Due to recent events, though, it’s unclear if he remembers or not.

Ruxxed TV is the result of Virux (created by @bunrux ) taking over TV’s body. Typically, this form is rarely used— only appearing in desperate situations (or really whenever Virux deems it necessary). 9 times out of 10, the possession is completely consensual.

Overcharged TV occurs when TV either gains too much energy/experiences an energy surge, OR expends a large amount of energy that he’s been saving. It’s kind of like a “berserk” mode of sorts, typically used in fight or flight situations.

He loves eating lots of different things.

He likes long naps.

He is also very loyal to Virux.

Strangely most in early text citations referring to this Demon gives Rubarki a male persona? Her reputation amongst demons is that she is known as a fierce demon capable of dominating dimensions, it’s just that, she doesn’t have the proper energy. She hides in her domain in line with Gravity falls in a far away galaxy. She seems relatively interested in the human race. Her full form and power has not been seen nor noted of. Whilst being easily known across demons it’s actually quite hard to find her if she has left her domain. She had remained dormant for billions of years, yet after weirdmaggedon she has become a lot more active from the concentration of power. Her skin is mostly pale, however if agitated it will darken to a grey, her horns, spines, claws and talons also darken with her skin as her scales will glow brighter. She change to any size from 25’4”ft - 6’3”ft, mostly staying in her ‘mini form’ (6’3”ft) for easier travelling and to conceal herself easier. She has an unsettling presence, since humans have a weak resistance rate they will start to get light headed from long time exposure for the first couple of times until they slowly build a tolerance to her presence, yet I imagine characters such as Stanford since he has been around countless anomalies and demons he has a resistance against her nauseating presence, she also smells like smoky pine wood. If she were to use her powers effectively she would quite easily rival Bill at his peak. She is around 35000260 years old. I felt like Stanford would have done a page on meeting Rubarki HOWEVER someone (Bill) ripped it out from book 2 in slight jealously since another demon got more attention than him.
