((Admin Xanxus loves Mermaids and is kinda the reader in this situation like come on, the ocean is super fucking deep and your telling me mermaids don’t exist? NAH, THEY COULD. YOU JUST DON’T KNOW. Also I can totally agree that aliens could exist- we just don’t know.))
Hayato had the hugest crush on one of his classmates which just so happened to be you. He found you to be extremely sweet and caring, plus you were very attractive. However, he had no clue what you enjoyed. He honestly didn’t even know if you knew he existed, not that it mattered to him because as long as he was able to see you each day he was okay with being invisible, but he would have liked to know your interests. Today seemed to be his lucky day as he just so happened to overhear you talking with your friends between classes. You were speaking softly to them in the beginning but eventually your tone grew louder and became more excited as time went on. “Look, we don’t know if mermaids exist or not, but the ocean is super big! I’m just saying that there could be the possibility of them existing.” You said happily as your friend rolled their eyes with a giggle. Hayato couldn’t believe his ears, blinking rapidly as if this was an illusion because there was no way someone like yourself would also be super into the supernatural. However, he did not turn to look at you, continuing to stare at the blackboard in front of him rather than look behind to see you. He didn’t want to show that he was actually listening in on your conversation. “There they go again.” One of your friends had said while shaking their head as the other one laughed. You couldn’t help but smile at them as they picked on you. You supported their teasing because you knew that you could become very obsessed when it came to the supernatural. “I’m just saying!” You said with a laugh, “The lost city of Atlantis could be at the bottom of the ocean and we wouldn’t know because it’s too deep! Well, in certain places, but you know what I mean.” You continued, giving them a big grin as they both just shook their heads. Sadly, your conversation had to end there as your friends had to get back to their classes as the bell would ring in only a few moments to signal the start of another class. You said your farewells before taking your seat behind Hayato. “I, um, couldn’t help but overhear your conversation.” Hayato spoke, deciding that now was as good a time as any to talk to you. He turned so that he was sitting sideways in his seat, turning his head so that he could look at you. He knew that you liked mermaids, which was pretty darn cool, so now at least he had something to discuss with you. You had laughed, “I suppose you think I’m a little weird, right?” You asked while trying to remember his name. You weren’t always the best with remembering names, but you had a feeling you would be able to recall his. “Actually, I think it’s a pretty valid point. I mean we don’t know a whole lot about our deep oceans nor do we know a whole lot about what’s in space. Mermaids and aliens could be very real, we just haven’t discovered them yet.” He spoke, trying not to speak too rapidly as he could get too excited about topics such as these and just speed through sentences. You were surprised, but very intrigued by him. “I fully agree with you! We may not have proof they exist, but we do not have proof that they don’t exist!” You spoke with some glee over being able to speak such opinions without a laugh or an eye roll. While you loved your friends, you wished you had someone to geek out about this stuff with. “I’m (Name).” You said with a smile, introducing yourself in hopes he would do the same. “I’m Hayato Gokudera.” Hayato said with a shy smile while his heart sped up. He had a feeling that this was the start of something very special.

mollusco - clam
famiglia - family
The book fell to the ground, and you didn’t move to pick it up. You were frozen, cold sweat lining your forehead as your mind struggled to register what you saw. Your heart hammered against your ribcage, and you had to sit down because your legs felt weak. You couldn’t believe it though; you didn’t want to. Your perfect boyfriend was a mafia boss and had lied to you about it for two years. The Mollusco Industries was a cover for the Vongola, the most infamous and powerful mafia famiglia in all of Italy. And like a cruel joke, your perfect boyfriend was the don in charge.
Your friends had warned you, and you’d dismissed them because you saw no fault in him. But now, he turned out to be a liar and a murderer and whatever the fuck else he was. He lied to you for two years about this, so what else had he lied about? Did he lie about his first love, a girl named Kyoko? Did he lie about his best friends? His family? His hobbies?
Did he lie about his feelings for you?
You swallowed thickly, clenching your hands into fists, and squeezed your eyes shut. Calm down, you told yourself. There has to be a rational explanation for this. But you didn’t know where else to get it but other than from the person himself. You bit down on your lower lip and collected your stuff.
Dread filled you, as you weren’t sure what would come of this, but you’d be damned if you didn’t at least get the truth. On your way out of the library, you text him asking to meet up at the cafe where you met because something very important to talk to him about. His response was almost instantaneous.
See you there, love.
You grimaced and practically ran there so you could get there before him. A part of you needed to be there before him for whatever the reason, and you obliged. Unfortunately, you hadn’t thought of what to say to him once you met up. So as you waited outside anxiously, mind racing as you tried to think of what to say, you were startled when arms wrapped around you from behind.
Snapping your head around, you relaxed when you saw it was just Tsuna. But as soon as he smiled, the picture you found in the library flashed through your mind, and you tensed once more.
“Everything alright, darling? You’re so tense.” Tsuna asked you, arms slipping away from your waist so his hands could massage your shoulders.
“Y-yeah,” you stuttered, lips twisting into an awkward smile.
Tsuna raised a dubious brow, “Are you sure?”
Now was your chance, you realized. You glanced away from him, uncertain, before meeting his concerned gaze.
“Tsuna, would you…would you ever lie to me?”
“Of course not,” he replied immediately. “I would never lie to you.”
At his words, anger suddenly surged through your veins, and you scowled.
“Liar!” You accused harshly, making him frown.
“I would never lie—” You cut him off by shoving the torn out page with the picture of him on it into his face.
“Then what the hell is this?” You demanded.
He gingerly took the crumpled page into his hands as you seethed. You had no idea where this anger came from, but it wouldn’t go away. So much being calm, you thought wryly. Tsuna perused the page, pausing on the picture. Then he just changed.
If you were expecting anything, it definitely wasn’t this. As soon as he saw the picture and the words below it, Tsuna’s face just fell. Whether in surprise or not, you didn’t know, because he was unreadable. Your heart froze in fear; you could always read Tsuna. His tawny eyes were clouded over possibly in thought as he gazed down at the picture.
When he offered no response, no denial, nothing, you felt angry, heartbroken tears prick your eyes. At your sniffle, his eyes snapped to you, zeroing in on your tears.
“Liar,” you choked out before turning your back on him and running away.
Behind you, the picture burned.
…
For a week, you ignored all his phone calls, his text messages, his erratic visits at your front door. You ignored him and everything. You were heartbroken and utterly devastated he had lied to you for the entire two years of your relationship. You’d given him everything: your first kiss, your virginity, your love, heart, mind, and body. And in return, he lied to you, kept up his farce of a CEO. Tears pricked the corners of your eyes, and you quickly wiped them away.
Unable to finish your report without feeling sick to your stomach, you pushed the papers away and stood. You bit down on your bottom lip as you made your way to your kitchen. As you dug through it, you realized you hadn’t been shopping yet like you needed to. Sighing, you resigned yourself to a impromptu grocery store trip. Luckily, the store was nearby so you could walk to it and back.
The trip had been uneventful. Once you’d gotten the essentials, you left the store and walked home. You paused at your front door, grocery bags hanging from your fingertips.
A grimace marred your face as you carefully dropped the bags from your reddening fingers. Pulling your keys out of your pocket, you went to unlock your door when you realized it was already unlocked. Your body automatically stiffened in fear as the memory of locking your door flashed across your mind. But you had a feeling you know what — who — was waiting on the other side.
And lo and behold, sitting on your couch like he owned the damn place was your ex-boyfriend. He looked like he hadn’t changed at all; still walking sex with his messy hair and tawny eyes. Tsuna didn’t say anything, just watched you with a predatory gaze as you resolutely walked past him and put away your groceries. Biting down on your tongue, you chose not to speak in spite of the anger that demanded you scream at him. There was a tense silence between you two as a result, and his heavy gaze on your backside made liquid fire spread through your veins.
Finally, you broke it.
“What do you want?” You asked harshly with a frown, daring to meet his gaze head-on.
“You.” He answered without skipping a beat. The hue of his eyes had darkened considerably since you entered.
Startled by his boldness and what you saw, you faltered, and the moment he stood, you knew it would be your undoing.
ahhh i really enjoy this blog!! i check it almost everyday! also can i have womaniser tyl!tsuna seeing s/o for the first time??
“…And then maybe we can travel to Venice . I heard it’s very romantic.”
“Uh-huh.” The feminine voice was just another on of the many songs he heard. Another one of the many women he had taken to bed.
Even though many time his family told him to chill out with all the frisky adventures he tended to have, Tsuna just couldn’t help it. After a long day of work, who wouldn’t want to go to a hotel with a lovely dame and just pass the time? All the women flocked to him, it was as simple as that. He could pick out any female he wanted, from the one clad in a lavished dress to the vulgar one with the mini skirt. Yes, all were beneath him, but they were merely toys for him to play with.
So then why were you so intriguing?
Tsuna had never imagined himself in a serious relationship, but if he absolutely had to get involved with someone, then it would definitely not be with you, a mere waitress destined to serve him and all his exquisite tastes.
Just then you went up to him, your posture tall and proud as ever. “Is there something else you need, Don Vongola?” When you had taken up this job, never in the world would you have thought of meeting a powerful mafioso, yet here you were. Being his and his lovely companion’s server. You were determined not to give into his unwavering gaze, however.
“I think we’re just about done, wouldn’t you agree, Tsuna?” The woman across from him giggled, her voice piercing the stillness of the room.
“Yes, we are.” Tsuna pulled out his wallet and handed you a credit card. “Just hurry up and pay my bill.”
Taking his card, you gave a curt nod and rushed to the register. Running it through the slide next to the cashier, you felt slightly annoyed. Who the hell was he to boss you around? You were no minx, no way were you gonna turn into one either. As you pulled the card away from the register you ran your fingers over the raised gold numbers. Curiously and for a brief second, you wondered just how much money it contained and where it had come from.
“Are you that intrigued with plastic?”
The suave voice pulled you from your thoughts. Looking up you saw the Vongola Decimo. “I’m so sorry! Here.” With a fumble you thrusted his card back to him.
He smirked. “I came here to give you your tip personally. You were a pretty satisfying waitress.”
Clenching your teeth you muttered a thanks as he passed on a wad of bills wrapped in paper to you.
“Tsuna let’s go!” The minx was waiting for him at the entrance.
Tsuna merely gave her an impatient wave of his hand. “This dinner was the worst. The only thing that made it bearable staying here was you.” With another smile, he started to walk away. “I’ll be sure to stop by another time. Perhaps you’ll join me for a drink?”
Unable to say much you just stood there and watched as he left. You clenched your fist, angry at the way he had talked to you, almost as if you were begging for him to pay attention to you. How cocky of him…
Unclenching your fist you were reminded of the piece of paper in your hand. Looking it over you counted $130. Beneath them, written on the paper, was a simple message.
Here’s your tip: don’t be a waitress. Instead, be my lover.
Reminder that TYL!Tsuna spoke for 5 seconds
