hello! do you know if there are indicators of weight loss/having a glow up in a birth/solar return/lunar return chart?

• Birth Chart

- 1st House & Ascendant: The 1st house rules your physical appearance. Significant transits or progressions here, especially involving Pluto (transformation), Uranus (sudden changes), or Jupiter (expansion and optimism), can indicate periods of physical transformation, including weight loss or a glow-up.

- Venus & Mars: Venus relates to beauty, while Mars governs physical energy. Favorable aspects to these planets, particularly from Jupiter, can enhance your attractiveness and motivate physical activity, supporting a glow-up or weight loss.

• Solar Return Chart

- 1st House Emphasis: If the 1st house or Ascendant is highlighted in your solar return chart, it suggests that personal appearance and physical well-being will be a focus for the year.

- Venus or Mars in the 1st House: These placements can enhance your desire to improve your appearance. Mars in the 1st house, in particular, can drive you to be more physically active, aiding in weight loss.

• Lunar Return Chart

- Moon in 1st House: In a lunar return, the Moon in the 1st house can indicate emotional focus on personal appearance and health, often leading to changes in diet or lifestyle.

- Mars or Venus Aspects: Favourable aspects involving Mars or Venus during a lunar return can also highlight short-term periods where you’re more driven to improve your appearance or engage in activities that boost your self-confidence.

I hope this helps! ♥️

I'm so frustrated, I have Leo ascendant (29°), and people always say that it's an indicator of beauty, especially because I have Jupiter in the 1st house (Virgo), which is in conjunction with my Asc, and my Venus is also sextile my ascension, but I'm really not that pretty lol, my sun (Taurus) is square my asc, so I don't know if that could be what's hindering my shine 🤡

I also saw that 29° is a critical degree, do you know anything about this?

With a Leo Ascendant at 29°, you’re indeed starting with an inherently strong and charismatic presence, as Leo Ascendants often exude a natural sense of beauty and confidence. Jupiter in your 1st house amplifies this energy, enhancing your charm and physical appearance. Venus sextile your Ascendant also supports attractiveness and grace. However, the Sun in Taurus square your Ascendant can create internal conflicts or tension affecting how you project yourself. This square might influence how you present yourself or how others perceive your beauty, potentially causing some discord between your self-image and how you're seen.

The 29° Ascendant, known as a critical or anaretic degree, can signify intense or challenging experiences, often requiring more effort to integrate the qualities of that sign fully. This degree might mean you need to work harder to embody the positive attributes of Leo, such as self-expression and confidence. It’s not uncommon for critical degrees to require more personal growth or self-acceptance to fully realize their potential. Embrace the unique strengths of your chart while working through any self-perception issues that might be affecting your self-confidence.

I hope this helps! ♥️
