i honestly don’t see scorpio as the “fire sign of the water signs”. never really saw them as the spontaneous daredevil types that is associated with fire traits. in my experience, scorpios are a lot more calculated and quiet and just kinda in their own world. i mean it is a fixed sign after all lol. the scorpios with fire sign traits usually already have libra or sagittarius placements. might expand on this idea on a different post.

We don't talk enough about how bad Mars in Scorpio feels after a one night stand. We feel everything intensely, we want to have real connections with another partner, casual sex might work for some people, but definitely not for me. A cat's birth chart

☀️ - Cats see themselves as and are known for being freedom loving, independent, detached and intelligent.

🌙 - They spent much of their baby/toddler stage with their mother and are meant to detach from the family unit.

Mercury - They communicate in a bold way and are curious about everything because everything seems new to them.

Venus: They find stability through shelter, food and reproduction. Nothing seemed unique about their Venus placement.

Astrology is a belief system that suggests a connection between the positions and movements of celestial bodies, such as planets and stars, and events on Earth, including human life and personality. Here are some basic concepts:

We are going to start with something simple: the zodiac sign. The sky is divided into 12 segments, each associated with a zodiac sign. which are: aries, taurus, gemini, cancer, leo, virgo, libra, scorpio, sagittarius, capricorn, aquarius, and pisces. But those zodiac signs are not the same for every culture; in fact, The 12 signs that I mentioned are from western culture. Western culture believes that planets and other living bodies hold a certain influence over our daily lives. which is what we are going to cover today! if you are interested in the other cultures too, let me know.

The 12 zodiac signs are connected with elements, and for every element there is some characteristic associated. I will do my best to explain it as well as I can:

Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius are the elements of Fire, and they are defined as being very passionate, enthusiastic, tempermental, and spontaneous.

Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces are the elements of Water, and they are defined as being very sensitive, mysterious, imaginative, and emotional.

Capricorn, taurus, virgo are the elements of Earth, and they are defined as being very pratical, loyal, grounded, and reliable.

Libra, aquarius, and gemini are the elements of Air, and they are defined as being very social, observant, creative, and adventures.

Cardinals are the leaders, dynamic, initiators, action-oriented, direct, and assertive, and the signs associated with them are: aries, cancer, capricorn, and libra.

Mutable are the flexible, adaptable, communicative, changeable, resourceful, and the signs associated with them are: sagittarius, pisces, virgo, gemini.

a few things i noticed and want to share about the mercury retrograde™

(im not a professional so these may be incorrect. i will utilize every piece of constructive criticism anyone may make to better myself after i whine about it in my diary)

1) ive observed that people who have many plantes (3+) natally in retrograde don't get too affected by retrogrades when they happen because they're used to that energy, if that makes sense. plus, i can confirm this myself as i have 4 planets in retrograde in my natal chart (for those who are curious, it's not fun)

2) i assume that we've all heard at some point that you shouldn't sign papers during a mercury retrograde and that's actually true. but have you ever wondered why? ive thought about this and ive come to this conclusion;

mercury rules communication in general, right? and writing is also a form of communication as it's.. well.. words. when mercury is in retrograde communication goes 'bleh' and misunderstandings happen. but another thing is you can misread or misinterpret a paper and sign it without actually understanding what it says. this could make a big mess if one's not careful so.. be careful lol

3) this is just an observation so take it with a grain of salt BUT people who were born during a mercury retrograde sometimes say the same things/apologize over and over again but other than that, they are really fun and easy going, at least in my experience
