Pairing: yandere!Kaeya / yandere!Diluc (separately) x GN!reader (they/them)

Listen buddy, Kaeya is a man of many words

His charismatic nature and flirty attitude will definitely catch the eyes of many people

He’s definitely talked to a lot of people before, a few conversations thrown around here and there and all the words go in one ear and out the other

It was all the same to him, nothing new or special to do around this bustling city known as Mondstadt

That changed very quickly when he met you though

Something about you made him eager to talk to you, or visit you even. He’s never found someone so intriguing before

He wanted to preserve the purity within you, he wanted to keep you to himself

He’d take your things when you’re not looking, things that remind him of you

Whether it’s a hair brush, a clip or even to go as far as a lock of your hair

The blue-haired knight would also bring you to many places, even take you to the headquarters in the Knights of Favonius

He wasn’t keen on introducing you to the other knights though

And he kept this goal to himself by death glaring at any knight who’d look at you

But you were completely oblivious to it

Soon, the simple walks around Mondstadt would soon turn into him stalking your every move, observing what you do

Kaeya wanted to figure out what you loved and what you didn’t like, he wanted to be able to read you like a book

And eventually, he found out that you were meeting with Diluc as well

Diluc. Diluc of all people. Why did it HAVE to be him? Now he believes you’re just playing hard to get

Of course he’d never lay a hand on his darling, but he knew the weight of his situation now

He was going to make you love him… even if it meant getting his hands dirty

Or more so…. hurting his own older brother too

Diluc is a man of a few words

Huh, the irony when it comes to the two brothers. One’s charismatic and charming, while the other is cold and calculated

You try to make small talk with him, it usually just ends in nods and hums, with the occasional “yeah, I agree” too

That all changed when you stopped at the winery in Mondstadt to grab a drink

It always ended the same way like how it was with most customers, just not bothering to talk to you

But then you kept on coming back and back to him, to see him

It made him feel all warm on the inside, he never knew someone could be so… kind and compassionate, he’d usually find it irritating but, you were interesting

Diluc wanted that brightness in you all to himself, he didn’t want your poor soul to be tainted by something so evil

He’d daydream about you constantly, what you’d be doing together on dates and how he’d treat you so well

This unhealthy obsession turned him into a completely different person when he’s alone

Instead of stalking you around the city like Kaeya, he’d figure out where you live, and watch what you do during that period

And even at times, when you’re fully asleep, he’d sneak in through your window and give you a kiss on the forehead

Eventually he learned about you hanging out with Kaeya through one of your ramblings, and it’s safe to say he wasn’t happy about it

He didn’t want your happy and cheery soul to get tainted by a “playboy beast” as he states it

Diluc was gonna have you to himself, he doesn’t care what he has to do to achieve those goals

After all… he is the man who has mastered the arts of violence, he wouldn’t mind having to do a bit of dirty work

“I believe you needed me here for something, oh great Master Diluc?” Kaeya, the Calvary captain in the Knights of Favonius teased light-heartedly to the man who owns the winery in the tavern, making the said redhead turn around, and send a spine-chilling glare at the knight. “What’s with the attitude? You look like you’re a bit too happy.”

Kaeya chuckles at his brother and leans against the doorframe before closing the door behind him. “Oh dearest brother, you know exactly what’s gotten me so… excited and riled up you could say~” the blue-haired knight spoke in a cocky manner, which caused the wine king himself whiff his body around fully and cross his arms at his brother.

“It’s the Y/N person isn’t it? Hah— you make me laugh. You know, Kaeya, you’re not the only one who’s spending time with them.” Diluc shot back at him, making Kaeya’s smile falter a bit. The redhead smirked at this and leaned his arms into the he counter. “You think you’re gonna get them, but you’re clearly mistaken. You know what I can do, Kaeya, I’ll stop at nothing until they’re mine. Don’t forget where you stand in this town.”

Kaeya growled a bit before scoffing and chuckling bitterly at his older brother. “You’re acting pretty cocky for a man who doesn’t have the best reputation around this place. You’re not the only one who’s willing to do anything for his darling…” the Calvary captain spoke before stepping forward to his brother, grinning cunningly at his brother. Diluc scoffed before grabbing the hems of Kaeya’s jacket and bringing him down to his current eye level.

“Now I wouldn’t suggest getting all confident now huh? How about this, Kaeya. Whoever beats the other person to Y/N… has them all to himself…” Diluc challenged to the knight, making him quirk and eyebrow. “And the loser will?…”

“… The winner gets to decide what happens to the loser. It can be anything.” Diluc concludes, letting go of his brother’s jacket. Kaeya sat in his thoughts for a bit before smirking in a cunning manner and holding out his hand for Diluc to shake, making said man look at him.

“Alright, you’ve got yourself a deal.” “… Game on, then.”

You better pray that you’ll get spared in the process, because everyone knows that the brothers of Mondstadt will do anything to achieve their goals.

…. even if it means hurting one another in the process too.
